I’m editing my original review. I mentioned something about other than the quality of this paint set and that isn’t allowed even though it was very positive. The bottom line is that this is a very good beginning set for an excellent intro to paint into the second and 3rd year of experience. It’s also a great practice set for checking out a new style or an idea concept throughout a painter’s lifetime. Anyone can confidently purchase this Amazon’s Basic Paint set because no matter what happens we are protected if any mishaps occur. It’s unfortunate but the plastic tubes exploded at some point and there was green paint everywhere and leaking all over. No worries though. The quality seems good and color was great even though it was all over and still wet and oozing from a few plastic tubes. These are decent acrylic paints. They have really good coverage and the colors are really nice. But there are no pigments listed or any lightfastness information, so I can’t really use these in a professional capacity.
