I installed/used towel ring, 18-inch towel bar, and robe hook. Instructions were on point for the towel ring and 18-inch towel bar. I struggled with the robe hook. The depth of my bath door is not super thick so I was not able to use the screws that came with the robe hook. Thank goodness I had bought me a drill gun and there was small screws I was able to use from the kit to make it work. I have attached photos showing what I used. Overall, the product is beautiful and sturdy. It DOES NOT look cheap. It looks expensive. =) I only took one star off because of the robe hook/screw issue. My master bath is now being remodeled, and I hope I can find this same deal but in square-end forms. ... show more

Installation was easy to use. Came with installation instructions and template to make sure you drill the holes in the right spot. Bought 2 for my two bathroom remodels and the product added a nice finishing touch. The hardware was good and sturdy.

    • Nice hardware set BUT CHECK THE TEMPLATE
Got a very good deal on this collection of bathroom accessories, which look very nice and appear well made. A full set of mounting hardware comes packaged with each piece. We wanted a longer towel bar and found a good deal on a 30-inch Moen bar sold separately, and that's when I got an unhappy surprise. The printed template sheet, which I had to modify for installing the 30-inch bar, IS NOT ACCURATE for the towel bars that come in the set!! I wanted to be sure of the exact distances for the mounting brackets before drilling, so I took the bars and their wall mounts and laid them out on the template sheet. The template sheet was OK for the 18-inch bar (which I didn't use) but about 1/8 inch too short for both the 24 inch bar!!! That would have meant trying to cut the bar to make it fit since redrilling holes would be impossible that close together. I cut the template paper and patched in a backing sheet to get the correct distance, and I intend to write a separate follow-up note to Amazon about this issue since it is one of their own brand products. ... show more

So first, some of the base use a slotted set pin and others use an allen detent (why? idk but not convenient). Secondly, the height of the fixtues from base to tip is too short. The towels will hang too close to the wall to dry nicely but worse the toilet paper rolls will bind on the base, even with fixtures spread to maximum distance from one another. These fixtures are too wide at base for their short stubby height. If you stood the fixture on a table next to many competitors, you'd find they are significantly shorter than others. ... show more
