I loved my original watch but I my eyesight was going down hill and I needed something I could see quickly and easily. I was doing my steps on my phone but the watch is a bit easier although you may not get all the information that you would like. Once you turn on the steps or any exercise mode you no longer see the time in a large format. It is teeny tiny in the top corner which is extremely hard to read especially in the sunlight. I would like to be able to see the Time in a larger format while it is in the exercise mode. It won't let you go to that window. One other problem: I have to change the watch from one wrist to the other due to developing a skin irritation from the band. Could be just the hot weather. I clean the band and my wrist before putting it on which might help some. ... show more

I found this smart watch to be great for tracking my runs using GPS and also for seeing how long I slept, the quality of sleep and how many times I woke up. The watch did stop tracking sleep after 14 months. I contacted customer support, got troubleshooting suggestions but it still doesn't track sleep. After multiple emails to the company asking if it could be repaired or if the watch typically craps out after a year, radio silent. I still probably will buy another amaxfit watch since the price point makes a yearly purchase not too terrible. ... show more

I love the periwinkle blue, it is much much more periwinkle in person. The listing shows it in almost a lavender tone, it's a bit misleading. I do not recommend doing water sports when wearing it. However splashing hasn't been an issue I wash my hands about 100 times a day. You can quick respond to text messages, you can make your own quick replies with the app and and customize your own watch face. You can silence and forward calls from the watch but cannot answer calls. I work for a cellular sales company and even though we don't sell the amazfit, it is now my #1 watch recommendation to everyone. Almost wish I made commission on them because I've had 4 people came back and show me their watch based on my recommendation and they all love their watches too. ... show more

Love the Bip 3 from owning the Bip U Pro, but once I got the 3 I saw the 5 come out and I was past my return time. Otherwise the 3 is an improvement over the U Pro and I love all the features and the overall accuracy for a budget item. Amazing, goes to show that companies really like to overcharge for things, but that money doesn’t even go to the workers. Overall if you love the Amazfit Bip series than you’ll love this one too, but just spend the extra $20-30 for the 5 for the bluetooth calling and extra features ... show more

I had a fitness tracker watch before this one (GRV with InxFit app). I didn't like the proprietary app that came with the first watch so I decided to look for a second one. Being able to work with Google Fit was very important to me because I like to see all my fitness data in one place. This watch syncs very easily with Google Fit and the Zepp app is pretty good on its own, too. The app shows you your walking/running/cycling route as long as you take your phone with you (and record the workout when you begin). Shows you all the fitness data points you'd expect from a watch, including something called PAI. I'm very happy with this watch, it looks very nice and works well. You will probably have to pay $1 or $2 for a nice watch face if you want the kind that has all your fitness info right on it but other than that I recommend the watch to most general users. I will also say that if you don't have a fitness tracker and are looking to get your first one, this is a very good start for a reasonable entry price. Having a fitness tracker watch really does incentivize you to move more, get healthier and I highly recommend it. Even if you don't get THIS watch, get A watch. ... show more

I was on my 3rd Fitbit when I dropped just two weeks after purchase and it was damaged beyond repair. I could not justify spending another $200 on a watch and just purchased this out of desperation. I am so mad at myself, I love this watch and regret not taking this seriously before. Same exact features as the fitbit but the battery lasts over a week. I am not an Apple fan but it looks like an Apple watch. Give it a try! ... show more

I didn't buy this for fitness, but instead so that I wouldn't miss calls or messages. It usually keeps me updated. Sometimes it doesn't (not connecting?), but I haven't missed anything crucial so far. At about 50 bucks, worth it to me.
