Required service twice in 18 months. Second time, out of warranty, the controller board needed to be replaced, which cost around $500. According to the repair tech, it's a known weakness on these machines. This washing machine is great whoever designed it new what they were doing. The agitator is flush mounted with the base of the drum this way the socks and small items do not get trapped under the agitator.
