  • Stay out destroyers of gardens!
Material Type: Hot-Dipped Galvanized Size Name: 1/2" 36"x100'
This is great quality hardware cloth. Used it on our garden fence to keep ground squirrels and rabbits out. No issues found. All welds were solid and the material was well galvanized. No rust or areas not protected. Short of a squirrel driving a car, they are not getting through this hardware cloth!

  • Great for a chicken coop
Material Type: Hot-Dipped Galvanized Size Name: 1/2" 48"x100'
I used this on my chicken coop and it has been up for 2 years now without issue. Nothing has been able to penetrate it and it has protected the girls well so far. It's a very stable product assuming you install it right.

  • Durable and easy to use
Material Type: Hot-Dipped Galvanized Size Name: 1/2" 48"x100'
Was really impressed with this! It's durable and one roll went a long ways for my chicken coops. Alot better than chicken wire. Hardware cloth at my local stores are quite expensive. This is reasonably priced and well worth it. My coops look really great now, and safer. Highly recommend!

  • 1/4 inch is a must to keep Chipmunks and Mice/Moles out of Garden enclosures
Material Type: Hot-Dipped Galvanized Size Name: 1/4" 36"x50'
So found out the hard way that chicken wire or any galvanized hardware cloth larger than 1/4 inch will not keep out Chipmunks, Mice or Moles from our Garden enclosures. They scoot right through. You have to use the small 1/4 inch galvanized hardware cloth. It really does the trick. For chipmunks you need to line the bottom of the enclosure with the same galvanized cloth or they will burrow underneath, same with the moles. If you create an entirely enclosed garden like a simple taller hoop house, you will be amazed at what you can grow when the raccoons, rabbits, squirrels, deer etc cant get at the veggies. It is a whole new world in successful gardening. Designed my own hoop house and couldn't be more pleased. The Amagabeli 1/4 inch hardware cloth has held up beautifully for 7 years. This year we got 19 inches of heavy wet snow on our hoop house and our center beam sagged. We thought, oh dear, we are going to have to replace all of it. NOPE! Turns out that the wonderful hardware cloth held its own, and when we shored up the beam, it all sort of popped back into place. We had about an hours worth of smoothing a few snow dents in the hardware cloth and that's it. Just bought another roll for some new garden projects. One other thing, if deer and rabbits are decimating your young fruit trees, you can drive in solid wood/metal stakes around the trees, and attach hardware cloth to the stakes and the trees are well protected. We finally have a maturing Fuji and a young Honeycrisp apple tree using this method. Just make sure the stakes are in good and deep enough like a foot or so, and use 2 sections of the 4ft tall hardware cloth attached together ( we use galvanized wire to join them together) so that you get a circular enclosure that is about 8 feet tall. If you have really spunky deer and want to add another layer of protection, you can put fox or coyote urine granules in a baggie and attach it to the outside of the enclosure. Just poke a few little hole in the baggies. It also helps keep the raccoons at bay during harvest. Happy gardening! ... show more

  • Great for protecting animals!
Material Type: Hot-Dipped Galvanized Size Name: 1/2" 36"x50'
We have used this to protect rabbits, ducks, and quail. It has held up great over the years. It's thick enough to keep predators out. It's overall an economical option for building or beefing up an animal enclosure. We've just finally finished up with our first 50' roll and started on a second. Fifty feet goes a long ways. I'll definitely buy more when we get low on our second roll. ... show more

  • Decent garden fencing
Material Type: Hot-Dipped Galvanized Size Name: 1/2" 36"x100'
I have used plastic fencing for our garden in the past and it only lasted one season. I wanted something that could be reused. I looked at many different foot jobs and settled with this one. I like that it’s sturdy and seems well made. What I don’t like is that the top of the fence is sharp. I have cut myself and ripped a few shirts on it. I’d give it five stars if somehow they got rid of the sharp wires along the top somehow. But overall it seems decent and I hope lasts me many years. ... show more

  • Handy!
Material Type: Hot-Dipped Galvanized Size Name: 1/2" 48"x50'
This one roll has lasted me over a year in chicken wrangling and maneuvering around my garden. Easy to cut, but sharp so make sure you have good gloves. Has been great at offering an extra level of protection in my garden and for my chickens and you get a fair amount for the price. Don't forget to bury your wire around your pen :) ... show more
