These are absolutely the best pads. They keep you dry all night. Although I double up by wearing two at a time, if u are not a heavy bleeder than u should be fine with just one. They also have wings which I find gives extra protection.

I got this pad after reading all the reviews posted online that was largely positive but I hate it! I am not sure why other people like it. This pad is thick, which is fine by me because I wear pads to sleep and at home only, so nobody cares. But luckily I was at home! This pad leaks no matter how I stick them, I have to run through many pairs of underwear a day! And I am sure it's not because I have a heavy flow, it leaks literally 1 hour after I put it on, right out to my pants where it's very visible! It's like, the pad is not really absorbing anything at all. And that happens with every single pad, no matter how I stuck them and it actually came with wings! And when I am at home I am normally on my computer sitting upright or watching TV upright. I never have this severe leaking problem with any other pads such as the Kotex pads that I normally use. (Going back to those ASAP) And I know this is a problem with the design of the pad, somehow all the liquid will flow to the back of the pad or something. I think the back of this pad is abnormally narrow, it's the same size as the front of the pad and I hate this design especially for an "overnight" pad. So although the pad is thick it hardly makes any difference since I have to change them every hour anyways. I freaking hate it! I can't wait to finish using these pads, and the worst thing is, this is the only pad that I have since I thought it'll get me by, and I can't go otu and get any new ones because I can't, with a stain on my pants! (Doing laundry everyday of 10 sweatpants and 10 underwear due to s***ty pads will get you in the same fit as me). Oh, and the bedspread, bed protector, comforter is dirty too.

These are good but Always makes ones in a purple wrapper for overnight that are much better. I used to subscribe to those but they are not available. These are long and have wings but just aren't as good as the purple wrapped pads. Still, they are probably plenty good enough for most women. They absorb well and are long enough to stop leaks while lying down.If your flow is very heavy, look for the Always overnight pads in the purple packaging. They absorb better and are HUGE. But that makes them more effective. For me, these work but I would switch back to the purple packaged pads if I could find them.
