I was surprised how easy it was to assemble. I was able to assemble it myself without my husband's help, which was awesome! The structure is also sturdy enough. I shopped for a long time for the type of lounger I wanted. Sturdy, easy to assemble, no arms, lay flat design…etc. This is what I was looking for, I was able to put it together quickly and it’s comfortable to lay facedown or on my back. It looks nice with my other patio furniture. If you are a larger individual it may be a little narrow for you, I’m 5’2/120 and lengthwise it’s plenty long but it seems a little on the narrow side. A close look at the instruction manual you will notice some errors with the pictures making it a little bit of a challenge. Also best to screw manually . I used a drill and ended stripping one of the screws .
