Worth Every Dollar! I bought this thing as a birthday present to myself for my 37th Birthday. I had several RC Cars and Trucks Growing up and have always loved driving them. This unit is awesome for the price. I have drove this thing HARD. I show it very little mercy and this little guy shows up for Duty every time. I have drove it on the streets, in thick grass, over stick piles, thru dirt and gravel, wet Concrete after the rain.....all over. It is a great RC Truck. It has held up pretty good for the abuse i have put it thru. Included are a couple picture i took tonight after chasing the kids around the yard for a full 30 mins. It really is entertainment for the whole family. High/Low switch on the remote allows me to let other people drive it and figure it out before just letting them have a go at it with full speed capabilities. Steering is very responsive and sensitive to the remote which i actually really like that kind of control. Throttle Trigger is very easy to control and has a really impressive range. The Truck Body/Cover has held up pretty well too. I'm not kidding, I have pushed this truck to its limits as you can see in the pictures. The wheel nuts will need to be checked and torqued down on a regular basis. I check them everytime i plug the batteries in to charge. I did loose a wheel at full speed, but was able to find all the pieces to put it back on properly. I broke the front Bumper when i hit the neighbors parked car at full speed chasing a squirrel that made the mistake of crossing the street while i was driving. He got away, and is safe. I took a piece of plastic i had and made a custom front bumper to protect the gear box. It has held up pretty well When and if this one breaks.....i will be buying another one and then using this one for spare parts if i need it. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This is a great RC car. Loads of fun, worth the extra for the speed and durability. The seller has included the best manual I've ever seen for any product, with a catalog of replacement parts. It's a rough and tumble toy, so parts are bound to get broken, but it's easy to work on, and good for a kid to learn to fix something instead of just throw it away if something breaks. We have enjoyed this toy immensely and my son is proud to own it. ... show more

Great rc truck for starters. Not sure if it's motor or controller but has some glitch when going in reverse. Fast and fun. So far I would recommend.

It’s so fun to drive, in the snow or pavement. Works great for me and my 5 year old son, good battery life, only bad thing is the body is pretty flimsy and has several cracks but we drive it hard so I think that’s to be expected.

This is gotta be one of the most powerful well constructed remote controller I’ve ever owned , and i’ve owned a lot of them . You will not be disappointed follow the instructions for break in and it just goes and goes and goes super fast . Steering is right on . You can adjust the steer trim , it has high and low , you can reverse direction on the remote , Its just awesome I bought one for my grandson as well . So I chose to put a different top on mine The original top is awesome just I didn’t want the same . You just need to drill little holes cause it doesn’t line up with the original pins but easy Peasy if you chose to change the top . That way I can tell the difference between mine and my grandsons 🙂 and I’m 53 and love it . No interference problems using the cars together, it’s just amazing and a fun time Thank you very much for such a great product and great price . Aaron ... show more

    • cheap. Breaks all the time. charging is touchy
This is a ton of fun to drive but holy crap it breaks down like every time I use it. I expected to have to fix things but it is almost every single time I use it. In the 9 months I've had it I've replaced the steering servo twice, rear gear once, front gear is almost gone, front rack is broken, back rack is broken, power on switch replaced once. And now I don't use it because one day I charged it with the battery cable still plugged into the motor. Now the batteries are shot. Getting the batteries out to charge them is such a pain that I don't' use the top cover any more. You have to unclip these tiny clips to get it off. Then you can see the battery but you have to disconnect this tight awkward anderson connector. You can take this on jumps but the steering servo goes out if you are turning when you land the jump. learned that lesson the hard way twice. Pro tip don't buy replacement parts for this from altair aerial. Just get them off ebay for way cheaper. Altair really had no advantage for stocking either. I needed the gearbox so I went to ebay but they were out of stock. Then went to altair and they were out of stock too. Their inventory basically matches ebay exactly. You'd think they would keep a lot of replacement parts in stock ... show more

Love everything about this truck. It's great out of the box with a 2s battery. Slow speed is good for the kids to learn on. Fast speed is fun for dad. My only moonlit issue is the socks that come stock, they're not very good. Done a few easy upgrades that make this truck an absolute blast and beast. First upgraded battery to a 3s lipo. Found having dual motors and a 60 app servo, truck can handle extra voltage with no issues. 2nd, added longer oil filled shocks to help soak up the bumps better. 90mm shocks also give the truck a nice little lift. 3rd, swapped out the stock tires for a pair of short course duratrax six pack sc ones. Just a tad bit smaller than stock but very grippy. ... show more
