When I opened this I was surprised to find that the rope was not attached to the anchor or buoy. This was (k)not an issue but I had to learn some knots that wouldn’t come undone in the water so I could attach the line to the anchor. Well, the knots worked…a bit too well. I got this anchor stuck under a tree in the water. I couldn’t get it undone at all, so I ended up swimming ~20ft down to where it was caught to undo it. Don’t use this anchor if there are a lot of cracks and crevices where you are using it. Otherwise it works great for my paddle board.
