These shorts fit a little tighter than I expected them to, so it might be worth sizing up. That being said, they are very comfortable and fine for around the house lounging. They just look mildly inappropriate to consider wearing outside in the public.

Super nice fit and material. Love that it has pockets on both sides and the material is not only super comfy but I can immediately tell that it won't pill. It's stretchy and sporty while looking super cute. It rises to sit perfectly on my waist (I have a pretty long torso) so I'd say it's high rise.
