I bought this on a recommendation from an aesthetician (she specified mandelic acid wash in another brand which was twice the price of this one) and what I like about it is that it's for the face AND the body. The bottle size is just right for keeping in my gym bag and the texture of the gel is nice. I also like the added botanicals. I have only been using it a week or two, so I can't give it full stars just yet. I will update after extended use, but I think I can already see a difference in my skin on the backs of my arms. They are softer and smoother. I have keratosis pilaris (and I've tried EVERYthing) so I am looking forward to seeing even more of a difference. Keep in mind that moisturizing is KEY after using this product.

I have oily skin, and this product dried it out so much that it actually caused me to develop cystic acne—something I had never experienced before. I’m confident this product is the culprit since it was the only change in my routine. I gave it multiple chances, trying it three separate times with weeks or months in between, and every single time it led to cystic breakouts and worsened my overall skin condition. It’s clear this product doesn’t work for me. I really wanted to love it, but after three failed attempts, I can’t give it anything more than 1 star. EDIT 12/4/24: I’m updating my review to 3 stars because the customer service I received was excellent. They listened to my feedback, apologized for the inconvenience, and were very understanding. While this product didn’t work for me, I recognize that it may work for others. I might even be willing to try a different formula from this brand in the future.

I have sensitive and oily texturize skin this face wash is better than anything that I have ever tried with any other skincare line my face feels so clean throughout the day I don’t have to wash my face multiple times throughout the day just to get all the oil in the sweat and the dirt off This product is a 10 out of 10 a cleared my skin brightened my skin and leaves no irritation I know it is a little bit pricey but it is worth it hands-down best thing I have ever washed my face with a pair it with my curology white moisturizing bottle they go so well together DEFINITELY WORTH THE MONEY

I am just absolutely in tears. I spent a fortune on everything in this line! I saw the reviews, I saw the promises they made, and I was so hopeful! I kept buying more and more, bigger amounts, more of the product line, etc. I spent months exhausting every dime to buying all of the Almond Clear products hoping for relief, even a little. I saw very little difference as diligent as I was with using it as directed. After months, there is no difference and at one point I had an outbreak worse than ever. I am a single mom of 3, on a budget and having low self esteem over this. Nobody wants to date a woman with 3 kids, yet alone covered in horrible sores from a nasty folliculitis outbreak that won't clear. I was so hopeful. I cried because I wanted it to work so bad. I saw the reviews. I wasted so much money. I could have used it on bills, food, etc. I am just really upset. I feel cheated. Almond Clear promised! They guaranteed it to work! But it didn't. Not at all. I was scammed. I wasted my money. Money that could have put food on my table.

Its seems to be flattening the Sebaceous Hyperplasia I have on my cheeks and chin! These overactive oil gland bumps have been a huge problem for me for years (and I've tried everything). Since I started using this face wash, the flesh-colored lumps have greatly decreased and flattened. I may still need a chemical peel and/or a round of micro-needling but my skin is already quite smoother and brightened just using this face wash.
