I have high arches and normally have pain on top of my foot, but these have helped tremendously. I got them in white also and they are looking good even after daily use. They go on easily. I have bad feet (heel spurs, neuropathy) so I maybe tougher review than others. Normal feet people should be ok! Bought these before but quality is not as good as before (1st pair 2023- Blue size 8) Soles and outside material still good but inside foam rubber soles are wore, the part you can't see, which is normal for the amount of time I've had them ) These are more Narrow not as wide in toe box. My 1st pair I actually have worn many times on short hikes in rocks and sand, these ones, NOPE, just street shoes. Color is CUTE. These are a FIRM Hard bottom sole shoe and are FLAT inside. The insert in these is not as soft as previously so you may want to add your own insole-insert- arch support. I do LIKE that they add HEIGHT! They have a bit of Toe Spring, toes will point upwards a little which I Don't like but all shoes seem to have this now. My foot 7.5 wide buy a size 8 - I slide a bit forward even with inserts. Wish all shoes came in 7.75 :) I also bought a pair in 7.5 and too tight/short. I feel these won't last as long as my original pair and are more for just wearing to the store or very short walks. Shoe laces,,,this brand, well, they always come undone or are too long so I cut them and or double knot them. Will I buy again, most likely when on sale & I did buy 2 of this color on sale recently.

LOVE IT Also, i changed the lace with no tie shoe laces that i also got from amazon. Makes it even better easier, like a slip on i don't have to tie it every day anymore lol because the lace its also stretchy. Figured the brown would match this color and yess! Its beautiful. And its like walking on cloud.

I have plantar faucitis and heel spurs and these shoes did not have the support I needed even after putting arch support inserts into them. I love the style and the affordability but you get what you pay for I guess

I needed gym shoes for stability, as I have a high arch and my whole body leans a bit to the left thanks to an injury. These are a really good quality considering how cheap they were. They're comfortable and not ugly. They help keep me stable on the treadmill, the stair master, and when I'm doing heavy lifting. Would totally buy again.
