I bought a gaming/office chair for my 13-year-old son. I chose to get the protection plan because of the cost of the chair. It was very easy to file the claim on line. However, the website would not let me complete the claim on line. The website showed that they were going to send a replacement chair, but the button I needed to click in order to confirm that decision was grayed out and it would not let me do anything else. I chatted with the messenger bot on the website and was given the phone number to call. I called the number and was on the phone for 8 minutes and 22 seconds. In that time, the customer service agent, Saad, was able to get my claim approved, email an affidavit to me to digitally sign, and an email rating his customer service. They decided to reimburse me for the entire price of the chair instead of sending a new one. I'm told I will have the check in 6 business days. I'm very happy with this service. ... show more

Had an ottoman that broke down so I was able to file a claim online and had it approved within 24 hours. The easiest way is to have a screenshot of your purchase ready to upload because they’re probably going to ask for that as well as pictures of the damage. They allow you to upload all of your details including a description of the damage and then they process your claim. I was glad I spent the extra money for the protection plan. The chair accidentally ripped while moving it. They offered right away to refund the estimated cost of the massage chair.
