I started the claim today and it was also resolved today. I am so glad that I purchased the protection plan but I didn't think that I would need to use it this soon. Only problem I have is that I purchased it twice. Because the chair was canceled because they were unable to ship it to the post office. No one let me know that the Furniture Accident Protection Plan was not canceled at the same time.

I want a refund! We had to throw 250.00 worth of these runners in the garage! My wife couldn't use them in the house. She and my niece itch from theses runners we purchased! Can't even dry them to try to eliminate what's on them! Can't wash them either plus the stains DO NOT COME OUT OF THEM ON SPOT CLEANING ... show more

I purchase frequently from Amazon and I normally have a great overall experience, but so far with these so called "protection plans" the money I spend on them is clearly being used to be able to rip people off! Save your money and call the actual brand/company for an extended warranty otherwise you are better off saving yourself the extra money for a "plan" you will never be sent an email for. Stay away from the Asurion one too it's the same scam, but with a different logo ... show more

I didn’t like the fact that this products arrive kept getting pushed back. I canceled it. The product l purchased it for was just as disappointing.

    • Waiting for bank statement for proof of cancelation
I kept getting emails that this was delayed and finally found it in my spam folder even though I had canceled it before they even sent it. Amazon got it done for me. Also, I don't see where Allstate even insures rugs. They make it very difficult to cancel order and THEY still haven't sent me proof they've done it. I will research better next time to see if I'm even actually getting insurance. It's confusing 😕 ... show more
