Exactly what I wanted. The kids went crazy. My 5 and 3 yr old both fit in it to play together comfortably with room to do different things and not fight/bump into eachother. Was pretty frustrating to build, I was going to buy two but my hubby told me he refused to build a second one.

Basic but expected for the price. Cheap materials that spit when putting together but still functions. The taller door versus other brands works better for my 2.5 year old but my almost 4 year old has to duck to avoid hitting his head.

The media could not be loaded. This playhouse is just what needed for our busy 3 year old. Simple assembly with easy to follow directions. Each wall is built separately which makes it convenient to move indoors or have outside in the yard. All the pieces were well made and precisely cut to fit. We purchased this for our kids (3,1) to play in the backyard. It took us about 2.5 hours to assemble with my husband and I putting it together. Some of the pieces are a bit warped making a few points difficult to put together but we managed to figure it out. The instructions had a couple confusing points and we had to undo and redo a couple sections. But overall it came together nicely and we are happy with it!     • Poor workmanship, cheap hardware, broken parts

I did not directly purchase this but my daughter did for my granddaughter’s birthday. At first it seemed to be built well. However, once it was outside in the light I noticed that whatever they sprayed on the outside was the thinnest cheap paint I have ever seen. There is no way the so called paint could withstand more than one summer before needing to be redone. The center wooden rail on the top has a chamfer on two sides that the roof sections are supposed to slip into. Out of the box one side was cracked and had to be repaired before installed to roof panels. The roof panels are tongue and groove. They ran past the panels with a thin black so called paint and obviously threw them into the box. During shipping the tongue and groove panels separated leaving exposed wood. The wood is not finished but maybe rough sanded. I sanded any surface the kids might touch to smooth out the wood. I also used a dremel to remove staples on the interior that were poking through the inside. So, today I resorted to respraying the exterior with good quality white exterior paint and any interior parts the kids would come in contact with. I also resprayed the roof after gluing the cracked center section. As I sprayed the wood between the tongue and groove sections I noticed that I could see right through the roof as the to panels had completely separated. Upon looked inside, I could see daylight the entire length of the roof line through the second from the top slate. There is really no way to fix this as the bottom of the roof will be too short if I adjusted the slates correctly connecting the tongue and grooves. The door latching system is terrible for kids to use. The extras included are very cheap and most have broke in less than 48 hours. Now I’ll have to go purchase a shingle or some type of roofing system to close the gape in the roof left by poor building experience. I wish now that I would have just gone to a home improvement place and purchased raw materials and built one myself. We will see how long this thing stands. There will s no foundation either so once the roof is fixed I will probably put a foundation with floor in it to keep it off the ground during rainy times. In my opinion this is not worth the amount paid for the product received. One last thing is the hardware (silver drywall screws) is going to rust quickly. If this is an outdoor playhouse it should have come with galvanized hardware. ... show more
