  • Great TV with a great price!
This TV is probably my favorite of all the TVs I have purchased. It was easy to set up and I can actually use the remote app on my phone. It’s easy for me to life and clean (not heavy at all.) it works great and the picture is super clear and bright.

  • Exercise Room TV
So, I initially bought this TV for the Kitchen. We had an old Dynex LCD tv that was looking pretty old (with speaker under the screen and a large frame/border around the image). But then I had just bought a 32in model of this same brand for my wife for use in the Exercise Room. She's been doing instructor-led workouts even before the pandemic, with a streaming subscription for a service that offers a lot of new content to keep it fresh. Anyway, we loved the 32in TV and when these went on-sale I bought the 43in. Decided the 43in would be a bit TOO BIG for the Kitchen and that it would benefit her more in the exercise room doing floor exercises since the TV is mounted higher up on the wall. My wife LOVES her TV upgrade. So that's priceless. She uses the TV every day some weeks and since it has all the normal apps she uses, it has eliminated the separate Fire Stick we used to have to plug into the old tv. It works well, it looks great, and it makes her exercise sessions much nicer since it's such a big TV compared to the 26in we first had in thta room. So far so good with the Insignia brand! BTW the 32in Insignia is in our Kitchen and I like turning on some "live cams" at during the summer (beach or beach bar) and winter (live ski cams, deer feeding cams, snowy scenes). When people are over I turn the volume down and put on a scene like that for something to look at and I'm not afraid to admit that for a while I was into live kitten cams, watching the kittens fall over and jump on each other. Anyway, what I really like about these TV's is that there's not too much of a frame / border around the edges and that the speakers are hidden (yet sound decent for a tv). Plus it eliminated those extra streaming devices that needed to be plugged in. And they're so light! Compared to my old Dynex LCD tvs these things are probably half the weight, which makes it easier to mount them or move them around. I'm probably going to buy another of these for use on our fireplace. I setup an LCD tv there a few years back because guests didn't like the smoke smell from the fireplace, but my wife liked the ambience of a fire during the winter. So now I toss a fireplace scene up from Youtube and with the way the light flickers in a dark room, you actually feel like there's a fire lit. Amazing how some things like that are all in the mind! So it's eliminated having to deal with a fire or wood, but still provides the ambience and allows us to have a fire going when guests that don't like smoke are over. No issues with Insignia TVs and will post here if/when I do have any! But so far, loving the modern look and how well the smart features work on these tvs! ... show more

  • You can't beat the quality/price
Best buy for your buck. Great Pic and speaker. No light bleed at the edges. I now own 4 Insignia 4k TVs, all with no problems.

  • Insigna and best buy do not honor warranty
Product worked fine for 4 months, then completely stopped showing picture. Insignia will not respond to warranty requests, best buy does respond but says contact insignia. Insignia's website says contact best buy for support. They've had me waiting for almost 3 weeks to file a simple warranty claim right now. It's an ok TV when it works but when something goes wrong neither the seller or manufacturer support their product. Ironically the seller (Best Buy) and the manufacturer (Insignia) are also the same company, Insignia is a fully owned subsidiary of Best Buy, so when Best Buy refuses to provide warranty service on an Insignia TV and tells you to call Insignia, that is actually Best Buy telling you to call another division of Best Buy and refusing to honor a warranty on something they manufactured. Edit: now nearly at the 1 month point, neither Best Buy or their fully owned subsidiary Insignia has done anything at all to honor their warranty and they've refused to supply their legal address for a small claims court claim repeatedly. Edit2: now Best Buy is now scheduled to come to my house a full month after the tv broke to verify it is broken, despite Best Buy claiming they couldn't do anything because only the manufacturer could. The manufacturer is fully owned by Best Buy. Their warranty "service" let a full month of my warranty period expire before they would even schedule a repair. If you buy this TV do not expect any sort of timely warranty services nor should you expect Best Buy or Amazon to do anything to help if the product fails. Won't ever trust Best Buy again to honor any warranty after seeing how they handle the company they own. Edit 3: now up to having to contact insignia support 22 total times by email and Best Buy over 10 times by amazon support, still refuse to give me an RMA number for the TV or address to ship it back, and are demanding that I let them come to my home in a 6 hour window that I did not want for them to attempt to repair it in my home when I do not want them to come here and I requested to ship it back or bring it to their store. If you need warranty service expect 30+ messages over a 1 month period plus 6 more hours of your time to be required by Best Buy before they will attempt a repair on your broken TV and do not expect Amazon to honor their a-z guarantee. Edit 4: after a full month Best Buy/Insignia sent two technicians to my house. I had to be here for them for a 6 hour window. They took the same pictures Insignia had already requested that I had already sent and did absolutely nothing at all to fix the TV. A few hours later they texted me a RMA code with no instructions as to how to use it. I contacted Insignia support with the code and it's been over 2 days and they haven't responded. It's been over a month, I've had to waste 6-8 hours to attempt to get support on a broken TV produced by Best Buy themselves and still absolutely nothing is fixed and they're not responding for days at a time. They make warranty service this much trouble on purpose so that people will give up so they can avoid honoring their terms of sale. ... show more

  • Read the specifics very closely
Works great but at 60hz it’s not a 4k tv it’s actually a great quality 1080p tv. I still love it and though I feel dumb for not fully understanding the tech I’m not disappointed for the price. It’s a great value and easy to understand.
