We bought the 13x3x8” mat for our daughter for Christmas and from day one it would not hold air. I tried emailing the number provided but did not hear back. I wanted to just exchange it because we got a great deal on it and the price had gone back up. No luck. However, I will say the return was very easy with no hidden costs. I got the refund as an Amazon credit (my choice) within 2 days of returning the mat to UPS store. Due to the price difference, we went with the 13x3x 4” mat this time and it has been 2 days and no air loss has occurred. I got this as a gift for my granddaughter who is heavy into cheer-leading teams. She is 10 and absolutely loves this for practicing her flips, cartwheels, and other exercises. She only comes up twice a year, so I also got her one for her home, which she uses daily.

My daughter is a self taught tumbler and she mostly learned on the trampoline and then moved to the lawn or a tumbling mat to master. She wanted the tumble track for her birthday as a way to work on more back tuck skills as well as other tumbling passes. She not only didn’t like the narrowness of the 3ft width, but the thickness (we purchased the thicker mat thinking it would provide more bounce and better experience). Ours was 16ft, This is SO INCREDIBLY heavy that it must be moved by more than one person (no way to do it on your own). It sat on our lawn and had to be deflated EVERY night or it would kill the lawn. For us, this was a huge inconvenience and a deal breaker…aside from the fact that my daughter didn’t like the narrowness or height (I think the thinner track would be better). We returned this as it just did not work as a easy to use option for tumble practice in the backyard. ... show more

UPDATE: I have updated my review to 5 stars. We were sent a new mat that works great. It looks like it may have been a return but that’s ok. It took awhile but we finally got a pump that has the correct plug. The seller was vey responsive and apologetic. I would buy from them again. We bought this for my daughter. We opened it up and found out we got the wrong pump. It was not easy to inflate the valve kept sticking and letting all the air out. Once we were able to air it up we discovered it doesn’t hold air. The mat has a hole on the end where it was folded. I did message the seller to see if they will replace the product. If they do we will update the review. ... show more
