These are a good item and the seller is very good! They came ok packaged could have been in a box, but they did arrive on time. The fit was good, but they do not have an arch support built in them, you need to supply your own if you need that. But it is still a good product the zipper is great and the fur is very warm. I would recommend these for purchase, just a little pricey they need to give their customers a coupon!

I tried and returned a couple pairs of similar boots, but these are keepers. The fit is pretty good. I do need to wear thick socks but that's okay. The height is perfect, and they fit well around my calf without gaping. Very lightweight and comfortable, and warm. I can slip them on and off without unzipping them, but I do love how wide the zipper opens.

They are comfortable, keep my feet dry and warm (just rain California style), I don't know how well they would be for deep snow. I wish they could be a little higher so they would cover more leg but for the price they are good value, and delivery was on time.

WENT BACK AND ORDER THE ORIGINAL BOOTS SIZE 10 THEY FEEL A LITTLE ROOMY BUT i RATHER HAVE ROOM THAN TOO SMALL. I WILL BE WEARING THICK SOCKS SO IT IS FINE FOR THE SCHLEPING AROUND ON WINTER.
