It's easy-ish to use, I find it best to lay the roll down flat, then unroll about 1 foot of length and pull firmly as I unroll, to fluff the texture up from its compressed state. It's easy to work with - but be careful of paper cuts, and the texture can be rough on sensitive skin if your hands aren't used to it. It's certainly not as good a padding as bubble wrap, but it's much more eco-friendly so there's that.

Very nice. Comes in a compact form, but once you stretch it, it makes for an economical wrap for fragile items. You can get it to interwrap with itself a bit, but to be honest, I felt tape was necessary to keep things in place more securely - either way, this is a nice alternative to wasteful bubble wrap, and I felt like it did a nice job of protecting my items for our move.

I used this to wrap dishes and picture frames for a long distance move. Everything was well protected. I bought it because it’s biodegradable, and it’s really cool how it stretches out, so don’t be concerned when you first open it and see the roll that looks like its flat. You’ll see! It also tears easily where you need to cut off a piece. No scissors necessary. Just stand on the place by the roll on the floor, pull and stretch it out and tear off the length that you need.

I like to reduce the use of plastic as much as the next person. However, this product is not a one for one replacement of bubble wrap. Learning the exact amount of pressure it takes to pop out the honeycomb without tearing the paper doesn't take much experience. It's certainly easy to cut. I don't have enough faith in the padding to let this be the sole means of protection. What I ended up doing for my move was putting a base layer of bubble wrap and then wrapping this on top of the bubble wrap. I do like how this product resists movement of adjacent objects without locking them together like bubble wrap does. In the end, this product reduced the amount of bubble wrap I needed but did not eliminate it.
