The pump is easy had it pumped up in 3 minutes. Only complaint the gauge on the pump didn’t move lol! But it is easy to gauge when the board becomes firm. Love the comfortable material for the ankle strap. Also love the vibrant turquoise colors. All of the parts are strong and good quality. The mat on the top is very soft and comfortable and well secured (no lifting or peeling at the seams). As an avid backpacker I can’t get over how well made this bag is the arm straps are super thick and padded and sit comfortable on the shoulders and the hip belt is much the same and made strong so as to support the weight of the board you are carrying appropriately. The pocket on the outside with the cinching straps are great to be able to store the paddle so as not to scratch the board up. Oh and by the way there is a built in back pad on the backpack! Glad that the makers of this product thought about portability as I am hiking with this on my back to a glacier lake in Colorado this summer! There is also plenty of room for the board +pump + gear, you will not need to struggle for room in this bag as it has plenty of extra space once the board is deflated and packed. The paddles are quality they are adjustable and lightweight yet comfortable and easily assembled. I like the little logo on the paddle so I can tell mine from other paddles. You will not have to upgrade your paddle! The phone holder and patch kit are awesome! The little orange canister makes it easy to find and may even be waterproof! Let’s talk about all the different anchors and holds. The two hand holds are thick and sturdy and are emblazoned with the model name “explorer” hand stitched onto the handle holds. Looks very well made with care and attention to detail. The elastic shock cord hold on the front are very sturdy and allow you to pack some gear or take a few things with you if you don’t want to leave them on shore. Big enough to secure a med sized dry bag. There are a few other D rings on it for attaching things as needed. I would highly recommended this product. It states on the package that it was designed in California. Glad that the designer took time and care when designing this product and choosing a good manufacturer. I will recommend to my entire camping crew for a fun time. So glad I will not have to rent this year or worry about how much time I have to paddle until I have to return it!

I was nervous when I received my paddle board because it was clearly a return from someone else’s purchase. The box had be re-taped shut and the board was wrapped in kitchen plastic wrap. I attached pictures to show these things. I was leaving on a trip the very next day and wanted to take it with me, so I continued opening it and hoped for the best. There seems to be nothing wrong with it, except a few places where the printing seems to not be perfect, or minor discrepancies like that. I love the pattern on the board and the accessories it came with. The bag seems well made and is large enough to keep my life jacket inside. The board is sturdy and stable and I love taking it out. I am not the best at inflating it, as other inflatable SUP owners say in reviews, it’s not bad until you reach about 8-10 psi and then it becomes quite hard to inflate up to 12, even switching the pump out of dual mode (as a 5’2” person weighing 115 pounds). My arms definitely get a workout! Overall, I would recommend this product.

This inflatable board is good, would recommend. The board itself is nice and lighter weight then some of the others I have used. 17 pounds is still a bit to carry on one side of your body from the car to the water, especially with a bit of wind, but easier to manage then the 11 ft 20+ pound boards. The board is steady on the water but hard to inflate to 12-15 PSI. I've been able to get to 8 PSI before my back calls it enough. Also, the big fin was an ordeal to side in. Never had a fin fight me so hard I ended up having to sit on the board and push the fin with my foot while wearing shoes. I think I'm just gonna leave the fin on. It came with lots of features and accessories which are all good quality for the price. The bag is spacious and has lots of room to fit the board and the accessories. Its not one of those, can't fit it back in the bag, situations. I'm not totally happy with the paddle, it is adjustable for height which I like because I go from standing to kneeling often but it does slip around a bit. The pump is normal quality, there is an inflate and deflate side to hook the hose up and I didn't notice at first haha so I was sucking out all the air trying to figure out what the heck was going wrong. This board has a twist-closure value instead of the push-closer value which I think is not as intuitive. Overall good board for $300, looks great, nice size. Would recommend!

The only complaint I have is that, shortly after getting my board, the glue from the seams leaked out and is on the side of the board. It is easily seen on the top of the board. I was afraid this would weaken the boards seams, but they have not been compromised. I have had the board for over a year and this remains my only complaint therefore I still would give it 5 stars.

I love this thing, ive been using it pretty consistently since ive bought it. It’s pretty sturdy and good quality, I also didn’t even notice that it comes with a lot of accessories until I received it. But my pump broke after about 3 uses. The gauge stays at 6psi when the board is completely deflated. Even took out the hose and it still reads 6psi, which makes it unusable, since I don’t know how much is in my board and I don’t want to risk over-inflating. After using it the first time, I tried to take off the big fin so it would fit easier in the bag, the lock part got jammed so I can’t take the fin off either. For that reason and because of how pricey it is, and also some other minor appearance-based flaws, like some blue scuffed marks on the white part of the board I can’t get out (these were there upon taking it out of the box), I give it 3 stars.
