This drum kit is 100% worth it for the casual drummer. I am so very pleased. Great price, easy to set up, feels natural, sounds fantastic. The mesh heads are such a game changer - definitely worth upgrading if you have rubber pads. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

This set is wonderful for beginners or anyone needing a compact and quiet set to practice. I wouldnt use it for live performances due to the one major flaw in this set... The kick pedal doesn't always trigger loud enough. I feel like I'm stomping a hole in my floor trying to hear the kick pedal over the rest of the bands music. I've adjusted the sensitivity and that didn't do much. Maybe I'm no expert on e-drums but the kick drum is pretty important so you'd think this wouldn't be an issue.
