This bag is a great date night purse. It is a great size to keep the essentials with you, and the hard sides keep everything protected. The strap is a nice length, landing about hip length when over a single shoulder, but could be worn as a crossbody too. Beautiful ultra structured bag. It's a very stiff leather/materials and difficult to get into. More for looks than funtion. That being said the materials used, the texture and color are beautiful. Seems well made and like good quality but probably not an everyday bag since it doesn't hold much. I’ve been a fan of Aldo’s shoes and purses for years. They always provide great quality items at reasonable prices. This purse is no exception! It’s sturdy and durable. The chain has a nice weight to it so you know the strap won’t snap. The little latch in the front may seem like a turn off, but it does work well to keep the bag closed and your items secure. I really like the luster on the bag as well. It’s perfect for evening or nighttime events. It wouldn’t be my style to really wear it during the daytime because it’s so dark, but to each his own. If you ordered the lighter version then it’s perfect for daytime outfits. I can fit quite a few things in there, including both of my cell phones, my EpiPen, car keys and makeup. It’s really spacious. My favorite part is it’s not that heavy so it won’t irritate your shoulder or arms. I think the price is exceptionally low for the high-quality bag that you get. The quality is a bit lacking, the purse feels like plastic and the shape is very rigid and lacks sufficient inside pockets/dividers to keep things organized.
