    • Grandma loves it
Great phone for elderly. She can see everything well and can make it function. Kinda pricey for what it is, but there aren't many flip phone options these days.

    • p65 warning fine print
nice flip phone with large button (a plus for seniors). compare to similar flip phones, this is a bit heavier, but has a comfortable feel. the back cover is a bit tight to open. runs on KaiOS. basic setup is rather simple. texting/entering contacts is definitely a hurdle when comparing to smart phone. be aware of p65 warning for cancer and reproductive harm -- it's in very fine print on the bottom of the outside of the box. ... show more

    • 3rd update Customer Service - take the order, and run with the cash!!!! There is NO WARRANTY
When the phone did work, which it has stopped working and will not allow calls incoming/outgoing, it was fine, Not anymore! It will acquire text messages intermittently- for 2 weeks now. I have contacted Alcatel- USELESS PEOPLE!!!!!! I spoke with Cynthia, as there is a 1 year warranty, she never sent an e mail confirmation for the photo confirmation of my purchase, said she was putting in a supervisor call back (which could be 24 - 72 BUSINESS HOURS OVER A WEEK) still have yet to hear back.....have also attempted to exercise my Asurion 2 year warranty which I purchased. I cannot get a replacement without sending the phone to the repair center - 7 - 10 days for assessment before I can find out if they repaired it or get another. So the take away is at least 3 - 4 weeks additional before I get a working phone! Amazon is a "PASS THRU" just the order processing and will do NOTHING to address this issue either. All the links are a circular process accomplishing nothing! UPDATE - 2/28/25 This phone is sold by a reseller, the 1 year warranty is non existent, the manufacturer states it is so far out of warranty they don't even keep parts for it!!! I had 3.5 months of working phone, so now I have a paper weight, and not seeing the opportunity of any rebate so far. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM with Amazon and whoever they sleezy front company is that states support and warranty. I got 3 months of use, then a massive run around. Ordinarily performing NON Working product in 30 days is acceptable. This product however was sold as having a 1 year warranty, which it DOES NOT. What kind of re-imbursement can I expect after weeks of no phone, unanswered concerns and finally to be told it was sold by a 3rd or 4th party reseller via Amazon and no warranty exists? ... show more

Replaces phone used for many years by senior who insisted on one like his old one. It not exactly like his old one but close enough and is reliable.

    • Seems good, not original box
The phone seems brand new. Had plastic protectors on all screens and works well. Not in original box. Only problem was off brand charger that was micro hdmi and the phone is type c. So wrong charging cord included.

    • Poor Quality Alcatel Go Flip 4 Cell Phone
This cell phone never worked properly. It is a Alcatel Go flip 4. We took it to T-Mobile for help and they couldn’t get it to work properly either. The phone was for my son who has a developmental disability. We needed it for emergency contact purposes. Very disappointing.
