I don't leave reviews often but I wanted to warn everyone. Buyer be aware! From being overpriced about $100 to $200, to their customer service saying I need to pay for shipping to send this junk back. The moment I set it up, to the one use i got out of it, you will notice many problem areas. Firstly, one of the slides goes right into a wall. Not a safe layout. Perhaps most importantl, they single/,double light stiched areas that have the most normal tension. There are rips everywhere. It looks like a cool design. But they went so cheap on everything. Even the other cheaper brands are better quality than this. You will lose $600 for one time use on this. Don't buy! Save your money. I hope they dramatically improve their design. I would have paid $50 more for it if it had quality stitching. So many problems areas and even the netting tore up. I rent out many inflatables. This is the worst product I've ever had and the customer rep only offers a partial refund and said I need to use the stitch kit. Lol there is like 8 problem areas and a critical design stitch flaw. Other parts will become a problem later. Thank goodness for Amazon customer service however as they gave a full refund, seeing my frustration. They made it right and refunded me. I cant rent this junk out and I can't use it again.

Great bouncy play water house. I would say from ages 3 to 7. The only problem that I had was getting it back in the bag they provided. Must purchase a bigger storage bag.

The kids ages nine and three loved this but unfortunately, after using it two times it started leaking air. I am very disappointed. I know the children used it properly. I was supervising. The air is leaking out where some stitching is. This is a lot of money to spend on something that is not working after using two times. I could try to send it back, but this is a large and very heavy item.

We ordered this for our two year old daughter. After only a few times down the slide on the first set up, it tore with a huge hole down the side, too large for a patch. When we went to rerun, the shipping label was not a prepaid label and would have costed us over $200 dollars to return and possibly get a refund. Pretty disappointed, we made this purchase hoping to get a few summer out of it.
