If this product came out of the tube better I would give 5 stars. But I have to leave it upright always, then squeeze the crap out of it to get the right amount. After that, I love it! It's a really great face wash and the warming sensation is nice. Whether it does anything or not I really couldn't say, but it feels good. And the "grittiness" seems about right, some abrasion but not too much. Weirdly, if you get a bit in your mouth it actually has a nice taste, not like soap. Only need a small amount on a dampened face. Leaves skin feeling very smooth. If it is caked, simply suck in a bit of water under the tap and it will soften enough. I like this better than a scrub.

It’s very hard. It doesn’t come out of the tube very well. With that said I haven’t been able to reap the benefits of this product.

    • Awful and unusable
This product is awful. First, it does not come out of the tube. Second, once you get any out, it is like greasy, hard glue. It doesn't clean and leaves your face feeling like you smeared it with olive oil. I cannot imagine how this ever made it out of product testing.

    • Packaging is Difficult, Product is Amazing
I love this product. I use the whole line and it has immensely improved my skin. I work in a restaurant so my pores get all sorts of gunk just right in my face. That being said, the CLAY in this product will settle and clog the bottle. I have even emailed the company directly on their website about potting it vs the bottle because its so difficult to get out. DON'T STRAIN YOURSELF. If you have a tupperware container about 4-5 oz, just cut the top off and scrape it out with a spatula. Not only will it save you having to wrestle it out of the bottle (I did this with my first bottle) but you are also sure to get every bit of use out of it! Just stir a little before using because the product settles and enjoy! ... show more

    • My Pores Have Never Been So Clean
First, the bad: I wasn't crazy about the warning sensation. I have very sensitive skin, and after 6 minutes (one minute to activate; 5 minutes to leave on), I couldn't wait to get this off my face. I also got it too close to my eyes (user error), and my left cheekbone area is still red 24 hours later. The good: My pores are actually clean! I'm amazed! I have enlarged pores in my T-Zone area and at each side of the nose, and those pores are squeaky clean 24 hours later. I wash my face twice a day, but I didn't know pores could be this clean. Bonus: I also love that this product is 100% vegetarian. I'll definitely consider buying this again or perhaps trying a different product in this same line. ... show more

Feels fake, it doesn't come out of the tube. After I've tried to warm the tube eventually a little came out and when I tried to put it on my face it didn't turn white or warm
