These patches do offer a bit of coverage and either of the sizes in the Box have been sufficient to cover any blemish I've had. The color of the patch also maches well with my skin tone which is on the fair side. I do not know how well the color of the patch would blend with medium or darker toned skin. These do stick well to skin, the only issue I've ever had with them not sticking well is on wet skin. When peeling these off the sheet they come on in the box if you are not careful they do peel or bunch together which does not allow them to lay flat on the skin. These are so cheap and are better than mighty patch, they stick really well so you don’t have to worry about them falling off. They won’t stick to moisturizer though so put them on a clean dry face and put it on after. They are natural too so they are good

I tried this on a whim after my beloved Skyn Iceland blemish dots were discontinued. These are suuuuper sticky...like, there's almost a residue after you peel it off, and it gets all stretchy and gummy as you remove it. Every time I remove one of these I feel like I'm about to have to pull it off in half a dozen sticky little pieces, and then I'm always kinda surprised when it doesn't actually snap after all the stretching. I guess most importantly, these really don't work that well. Does the usual hydrocolloid thing where it turns white over your pimple, so you think it's actually working...until you take it off and realize you still have a pimple underneath. At best, if I put this on a zit overnight it might become easier to pop in the morning, and even that is only if it had already come to a head before the patch was placed. Otherwise, the only thing I can say reliably is that blemishes at least don't ever get bigger overnight when I have one of these on it. But if like me you had higher expectations than that, keep looking. I won't repurchase. ... show more

    • Don’t let the small size fool you!

These are amazing. The only cons are related to how thin these are: -the edge folds over itself easily and doesn’t stick well when that happens -often very difficult to remove completely, a gooey mess ensues which then causes skin irritation Removing before the gooey mess develops avoids this- although it differs based on how quickly it saturates the bandage. These little miracles have magical powers, as they have completely removed fluid inside a cluster of under the skin cysts/acne. This is possible when vigilance ensures the dot is changed out as soon as it is saturated. The above took several days and when all the fluid was gone I ended up with an open cavity that was deep. I continued the same tactic and it actually healed the cavity from the inside out. It took about 2 weeks, and when the wound had finally healed completely, the new skin had no scar, and looked and felt brand new. I only decided to try this when I could not get a prompt appt with my dermatologist. I’m sure the wound would not have healed so nicely that there was no trace of it, had I been able to see a doctor about it! Unique and very effective product. Thank you ... show more
