I want to start by saying how much I LOVE this table. I have a matching end table (and plan to buy at least one more), and together they look really nice for a fraction of the cost. BUT, I received two of these coffee tables, and both had cracks in the bottom piece of wood. I'm currently waiting for a third table to ship so I can hopefully piece out just the bottom piece of wood. Amazon customer service has been amazing. After the first one, they immediately shipped another and arranged a UPS pick-up at my house at no charge. I was nervous to call when the second one was recieved with an even bigger crack, but they were excellent again, first offering me a discount, but then accommodated when I asked for another table. The bottom piece is thinner, and all together packaging is good, but there's a lot of weight, so I can see how it would happen. So, take that for what you will. I'm hoping the third table has a crack-free bottom piece. ... show more

Unlike other reviews, we found this easy to assemble and all holes lined up. It’s beautiful and matches our furniture. Unfortunately it arrived with a split down one of the seams which created an uneven and sharp texture to feel. We ended up re-ordering. We’ll see how the replacement arrives. This table replaced our formerly large rustic coffee table which we had forever. This one fits so much better into our space, and it's a nice mix of rustic and modern. The wooden top and the 'live edges' are very beautiful, and the black metal legs add the sturdiness we wanted. Highly recommend.

Loved the thickness and finish of the wood. It goes great with my live edge dining room table in our cabin. The imperfections in the wood really add to the rustic character of the furniture.

If you are expecting a true artisan one piece live edge table, you will certainly be mistaken. But if you want a beautiful table that is constructed of solid wood, with great character, and at a fraction of the price of a real one, this is money well spent!
