I haven't had these lights for very long but they seem to be of good quality. The "rope" electric cord is well executed hiding the actual cords very well. The one guidance I would offer is to be sure to get the correct bulbs. The dimmer is not designed for LED lights so you must get incandescent bulbs. Has a very long cord so could places higher on the wall or really where ever you wanted. Love the design. Wish I could have ordered 3. I don't have a light bulb for it yet but I'm excited to see how they look at night

Will be installing at a second home but based on the item they look very easy to install. Tested both lights and had no issue with either. I like the jute look of the cord, very rope like. The cord (rope) is also very long so you can easily install it where you need it and very likely will have cordage left on the floor so you can make it look good. These are cute farmhouse style lights. They hand on the wall with two screws with come with the pair. The metal bracket easily removes from the fixture to make installing on the wall easy. They are a nice sturdy metal and there is a dimmer switch so you adjust the brightness as needed. The cords are pretty long so they reach the outlets nicely.
