I'll preface this by saying that this pedal is a really nice chorus sound. It's lush and very versatile, with tons of options with the three controls. However, I can't give this a 5 star review. The foot switch produces an deafeningly loud pop whenever you turn the pedal on. None of my pedals do this, even the overdrives and fuzzes. This makes the pedal absolutely unusable in a live setting or if you want to engage it in the middle of a recording. It's fine if you're just leaving it on and playing around with it, but other than that it's terribly restricting. Also, the pedal is extra wide (compared to standard Boss pedal width in my photo) so it'll take up some extra space on your pedalboard. If you're going to have an extra wide pedal, at least put the jacks on the top of the pedal. If this was a cheap pedal I'd give it a pass, but it's certainly not. There are other chorus pedals out there for a fraction of this price which have excellent chorus sounds, and even the Boss CH-1 can be found for less. At this price point, I can't recommend this pedal.

I have purchased a lot of Aklot musical gear over the last few years.... A guitar, a ukulele, a number of petals, a banjo. Love them! And this might be one of the best items I got from them yet. I thought this puddle was going to be kind of basic, and it is in that it's easy to use, but it looks super awesome. The beautiful steel blue color with that bright green light when you turn it on looks super modern and sleek. The button is pretty quiet when you push it, it's quiet is my stomach pedal button. The slider switch and the dials are silent and smooth. You can adjust depth, level, and rate on this course pedal. And wow you can start out just really subtle with just a little bit of chorus right? But if you amp everything up, you get a crazy almost phaser sound. It's pretty fun! And the bypass is working great. And the packaging... If you're giving this as a gift, the packaging is gorgeous and impressive. It even comes with a patch cord, double boxed, rubber feet, and a manuel. Really a nice package.
