No bulbs or fasteners to attach, but I was able to use most of my old bulbs and fasteners. I was fortunate enough to have both wire kits work as that has been a comment that comes up often. Install issues are in the design of the car and not really the fault of this product.

These headlights fit the car perfectly, they look great, and the lighting difference between these and the opaque factory lights with 285K miles on them is dramatic. That's the end of the good stuff. The rubber weatherstrip was not well glued and peeled off of the driver's side light during install. The socket for the parking light / turn signal had a bent conductor tab, so the bulb wouldn't sit all the way down. Neither one of the turn signal bulbs would seat without forcing, so neither bulb was working after I put the car back together. After I pulled the car apart, again, in December, in Massachusetts, I decided to re-use the factory harnesses just to get the project done. This works fine, except for the turn signal again, where the factory harness doesn't like the tab / slot configuration on the headlamp. I managed to Mickey Mouse that together and reassemble the car, and I am hoping for the best. This is now just a snow car for me, I needed new headlamps desperately, and I don't know how many decent days there will be to muck around with this, so I stuck with these and I will keep my fingers crossed. If I wasn't in this situation I would've returned them. This product is just a couple of minor tweaks away from being a 5-star item, but those tweaks are important. ... show more

These lights were exactly like the original lights being taken off, maybe even better. They look great. With past experience of other company's items being broken during shipping, I'll say that these were packed very well. It's not their fault that they are not easy to install, Chevy makes it where you have to take the entire front end off the car to get to the lights for replacement. Like I said, they are exactly like the originals - I just wish that both had metal brackets that mounted to frame, so that you could bend them a little for additional adjusting. The height adjustment screw didn't raise them as high as I wanted. And a note - they do not come with any new bulbs. There are 4 bulbs needed (or reuse existing) in each headlamp. ... show more

I purchased these housings to replace my OEM housings due to fading. When I received them and compared to my OEM housings, everything seemed fine. Once installed in the car, the light beam was projected very close to the front of my car. I attempted to adjust the housing and the upward adjustment was at the maximum setting. I could only adjust down, only making the situation worse. This case was the same for driver and passenger side housings. I contacted the seller through Amazon and they provided me with a full refund back to my credit card. They also did not want me to return the bad housings. The product has poor quality and the customer service is good which is why I have them a 3 star review. I then spent twice the amount for CAPA certified headlight housings and they perform just as my OEM housings did. CAPA certified parts are worth the extra money. ... show more

I bought this for my 2011 Chevy Malibu and it is missing the Chevrolet sign in the middle of the light like the original so the light does not project the correct way. It looks like my headlight is out. I had to go and purchase "The real one" again. Thanks
