    • Never easy but worth it $$$
Nissan was going to charge me $4000 to replace my defective headlight assemblies ... what a rip, so decided to tackle the problem myself. Getting the front bumper removed was the hard part, and can understand that it was labor intensive, but not $4K intensive. These replaced the factory assemblies with very little problem at all, there was a little wrestling involved getting the bolts to fit exactly, but with a little muscle and convincing, they eventually lined up. They look great, but more importantly, I can actually see light through the small projector lens that was defective. There was a class action lawsuit against Nissan, but I didn't file in time and they never forced them to do a recall. This was and still is a safety issue, and Nissan should be ashamed. I did the job (with new LED bulbs) for just under $300 ... Sorry, but $4K is price gouging, Nissan. I saved $3700 thanks to AKKON!!!! ... show more

These were easy to install. The most difficult part was probably putting it all back together. There are a ton of plastic rivets to take out so I recommend buying some replacement rivets if you don’t have some already. And these do not come with the main headlight bulbs which was fine. My bulbs were still working fine. Having a friend to help line up and reattach the bumper and replace rivets is also recommended. There’s a total of 4 maybe 6 screws that you have to take out. Don’t lose them! My new headlights are bright and I can definitely see a lot better at night. *the second picture is my old headlight that was dim. These headlights in my opinion are better than the factory headlights. Highly recommend! ... show more

They where easily installed and functioned very well if I had any complaint it would that there is a small gap towards the top but its hardly noticeable would absolutely recommend
