The mics sound great, but the stand clips are built in which is a hirrible idea and reall affects usability. And if a cilp attachment breaks you are screwed... buy a new mic! They cant be used with the wide variety of available rim mounts... you must use theirs. You can certainly unscrew the adapter and use it that way, but that takes time and they can't just be clipped on the stand. You have yto do this with each tom & kick mic and it wastes valuable time. Making anything propriatary really decreases the value of an item these days. ... show more
