It's not extremely loud but for the size and price I think it was a good bargain I just wish the unit itself had a way to change the equalizer pre settings since the remote for it broke on the first day would have given it 5 stars Pros: very compact Cons: hit mids and highs lows not really, also remote is very fragile broke on first day

I bought this to replace my current stereo used outside on my pool lanai. It got very wet during Hurricane Milton and stopped working. I was worries this one would not be very good because it was inexpensive compared to the one it was replacing. Wow, was I ever wrong. I hooked this up to my speakers, pugged it in and was very surprised. The sound is exceptional and the FM reception is unbelievable. I could not be happier with this product. It does everything I wanted it to do and much more. I highly recommend it!!

I was looking for a replacement receiver when my old Kenwood receiver in the garage (man cave) failed. The AK35 was so cheap I thought there was little to loose so I bought it. I am very pleased and surprised with the performance. I Bluetooth my Roku tv to it. I would recommend it to others.
