Update after a couple of months. This is working great. My concern about the short rails hasn't been an issue. I'm, of course, careful when I put something on the shelves but otherwise, It looks great and I haven't had any problems. Good product. I expected silver but this is gunmetal gray. The rail that holds the items in place is very low and bottles of shampoo and such fall very easily into the tub. I suppose I should have known because the price was really good. I will use it. I really have no choice since I've assembled it and it's not going anywhere. Overall, I would say it works okay.

Had this for a couple months now and very durable hasn’t fallen or broke. No rust. Easily can put two big bottles of Treseme on like middle and lower shelves without falling. Love this product

I just moved, and somehow lost the pole to the one I had at my old place. As a woman I have a lot of stuff in my shower because I alternate the products I use so this was a "must have" item. I was low on funds after just moving so I was pinching pennies and bought this one because it was cheaper... Even though I know you get what you pay for. The problem is the trays won't hold multiple bottles, they end up sliding right off or falling over because the walls around the trays are so short. Frustrating, very frustrating. I did find a couple on my tray from the one before, and got a couple trays from my brother that he doesn't use and added them on. I also added some braces to hold it to the wall because the top pole is very skinning and not very strong so it was starting to lean. I would say it was leaning because I added the extra trays, except it was leaning before I put those on there. So if you want something to just hold razor, bar soap, wash bag, tooth brush, small/light stuff it would probably be great, but if you're like me and have a bunch of different things or have more then one person with personal items, I highly recommend spending the extra $10 on one with deeper trays.

Very difficult to keep the basket's in place, had to keep adjust the rubber piece several times and twist to get the basket to stay. It took two people to install. One had to hold in place the other had to push the bottom into place which took alot of strength due to the spring. Once installed everything is great and I love the look

Purchased this a couple months ago- still holding up great, but the baskets are so shallow and a bit flimsy that it’s easy to have bottles drop out. I secured each basket tightly, but there is still some wiggle to it. Overall it gets the job done, just make sure your bottles are pushed back all the way into the corner

This item is very easy to build, the problem is that when you trying to put it where you want it to be you need strngth as the rod is built to stay in place and not move. To me it was a bit hard to put in the corner as the spring was so hard. Each of the shelves I would put the products and some of them would end up falling as it is wire. Thats why I gave it a 3 star.
