Found to be useless to plant seedlings as advertised for. Maybe it would work in wet sand. But definitely does not work in clay. But i found it is good for poking holes in the plastic to plant also very handy for planting seeds in plastic mulch without bending over

Best garden tool you can invest in if you transplant many plants. Just buy it!

This is a magical item if you are older and garden. No bending at all and can plant hundreds of plants in no time with little effort. As long as the ground is prepared decent this will plant. It is sturdy, easy to use and so far after a year of using in the garden is holding up well. Just buy it already and use it!

Didn't work

This didn't work at all. The amount of force required to push it into the ground even with loose soil makes it useless in itself. Then the mechanism at the bottom isn't strong enough to even push loose soil out of the way. If it seems too good to be true it usually is.

Economical to see if this tool is useful, not well made.

Did not assemble nicely, the handle grip wasn't easy to get on and ripped. The top funnel / cap was hard to get on and comes off easily. The pointed tip bent after some minor use. A great buy to see if you will use a tool of this type before opting for a more expensive option.
