Sounds great, looks nice, doesn't hurt much (light sting), & will work great for my Halloween costume. I would like if they made it a couple inches longer, but it the size listed in the advertisement, & it's alright.

This is good for beginners as it’s easily controllable, the actual hit as reported doesn’t hurt very much, but if desired you can snap it so that it hurts. You will have to be careful about placement of hit, of course. It’s overall decently sturdy, but if used *aggressively* will likely break down. Somewhat cheaply made, but still a good price, and I tend to have a luxurious taste. Good for trying out before you have one made a little more extravagant. Princesses need to feel pretty even when they’re being bratty.

Feels great in your hand. Swings nice as well. However she kept asking to swing harder because it doesn't have alot of force hitting the skin. Not much of a mark left behind. It is very loud though. We enjoy it. I just have to put alot of effort into the swing or use just a bit of the stick when making contact. Then she gets what she wants.

I liked the size and weight, the loop hadle may be a bit snug for a large hand, especially when wearing winter gloves. I had thought it was covered in basket weave leather but it has a high quality synthetic material that is probably more durable.
