Purchased locator April 2022. Worked great the first weekend. Second use the .5in tube spiderweb cracked. Customer Service basically called me a liar. Purchased new clear pvc tube off Amazon. Replaced tube and reconnected to the base. Lights malfunctioned my next camping trip. Located a broken connection that I was not capable of repairing. Sent an email to Pyramid describing all the issues. Sent the locator back which wasn't cheap. Receive a nasty email response because I said I was terribly disappointed. Customer service lectures me about selling thousands per year. Lectures that I tapered with the unit. Accused me of using 24 volts frying the controller. I simply used a 110/ 12 volt converter. The customer service received was rude, combative and insulting. 100.00 dollars for this junk. By the few reviews I have seen, I am not the only one with a terrible experience with this company.     • Bright with many options.
Great product. Lights are bright with many different functions. Unfortunately the mounting bracket is cheap and does not hold the flag well. We had to add reinforcements. Other than that it’s always a popular discussion piece at the camp sites.

    • Blue lights quit working
I purchased this light tower about a year ago I used it for the first time two weekends ago and it worked fine I went to use it again this weekend camping and the blue lights quit working. The first weekend when they worked it was awesome I don’t think they’re too awesome right now🙁 and just like I thought seller makes no attempt to make the situation right hundred dollars down the drain ... show more

Bright, nice modes but I think it would be better if they silicone both ends so it doesn't slap around in the tube.

Installed today, which is outside of my return window. Doesn't work at all. Very disappointed. $100 bucks down the drain.
