This mattress was purchased on Sept. 2nd. We used it and found it wouldn not hold it's air. We were disappointed because it was past the return date. However, the sellar was quick to get ahold of us and make good by sending us a new mattress.

The media could not be loaded. 10/3/23: Update Below... Upgraded my review from 2 stars to 4 The bed is fantastic! I had it placed on top of my folded-out futon which made it sit really tall! I love that because I can hop down out of bed instead of lifting myself up. This is important to me as I have a bad leg from a motorcycle wreck several years ago. The bed is extremely comfortable and inflates in no time! One problem... By my third night of sleeping on it, it began to deflate!!! Then it deflated faster and faster! I have nothing around the bed that could puncture it so I took the sheets off and found a small hole in the corner of the mattress on the top, the furry side... The patch kit that came with it is pretty useless. First, the plastic patch was already separating from its backing and pretty much no good. I tried the second patch and it didn't come close to being able to make a seal due to the fuzziness of the surface! Useless! I cut up some pretty sturdy plastic from some packaging lying around and used an all-purpose spray adhesive. This worked better but air still seeps out! ... slower but still won't last through a night! This is clearly a materials defect and I'll see what the company wants to do. See the attached video. Update (10/3/2023) - The company contacted me shortly after posting my initial review and offered a replacement. It arrived about a week ago, about two days after they said they would ship it. Very quick indeed! I did not have to return the one with the hole in it so that made things VERY EASY! So far, this new one is holding air well and so I'm happy with how things turned out. If any issues crop up, I'll update again!

It was great at first, second, and third use. Fourth use, I started noticing some deformation, some bulging on the sides. On the fifth use it started leaking air at the seam. The patch did not help in sealing the hole. It continued to leak air after inflation. So now it is deemed unusable. Return is no longer an option, so sad that this will go to waste. I do not recommend this product.

I bought this because of the reviews as a lot of people said it was a good air mattress. Checked specs to make sure it would serve the purpose but this item fell short to deliver what it promised. The mattress ripped at the seams on the bottom and it wasn’t just one but 2 areas were it failed. I wouldn’t recommend this as it states it can hold over 600 pounds but it failed with someone weigh less than 200 pounds. I’d search around for another brand instead of taking the risk. Update: customer service reached out and offered a replacement or a refund. They were extremely helpful and did everything they could to make this a pleasant experience after all. I will change the rating as this shows they care about their customers and stand behind their products.
