This is a similar design to what I have bought in the past (it still works). You have to keep an eye on the o-ring. If the o-ring isn't seated properly you can damage it. If you happen to damage the o-ring and don't feel like going through the return process, you can pick up a bundle of replacement o-rings here on Amazon or a hardware shop and keep it going for a long time.

It works very well and comes with a straw cleaning brush, making it easier for me to clean after using this Airbrush. I use Airbrush for my manicure because my nails are smaller and it's easier to work on my small nails. Besides, the packaging is very delicate. I love it.

This is my second time ordering one of these (different brand last time) as I use them for crafts such as painting shoes. The first one I got worked well before I took it apart to try and clean it, then the needle got stuck at the wrong angle and I couldn't use it again. My advice would be use a lot of light when cleaning it! The first one and this one work quite well- the battery is long lasting, air flow is sufficient and it doesn't leak.

This airbrush can be used for nails and crafts, but my wife uses it to spray food ink on cookies she makes for a living. Totally satisfied and I think you will too! Cleaning it is the same as the previous models which is easy.

I saw the good reviews and figured I’d give it a try. It worked fine the first time I used it. Then the next day it was completely defective. Air was pouring out the nozzle and up through the paint container splattering paint everywhere. I cleaned it perfectly so that is not the problem. For $15, you get what you pay for. Just appreciative I can return it!!!

My main use for an airbrush is in the realm of scale model building and painting and for long jobs I have an all-metal double-action internal mix airbrush and 1/8 HP compressor setup but it's a pain to use if I need to do something quickly. This portable cordless and hoseless compressor-airbrush combination is perfect for that type of thing. It has all of the features of a top-quality metal body airbrush in terms of the needle, locking nut, trigger, nozzle, and fittings. All of the connections have tight-fitting threads and o-rings and it comes with an 80cc metal feeder cup as well as a 200cc clear plastic feeder cup, both of which feature lids with vent holes that allow you to work at steep angles without risk of spilling. The metal cup's lid is threaded while the plastic is not but they both work well for their intended volumes. The trigger action is smooth and easy to control along with the locking nut and the 0.3mm nozzle gives you some flexibility in the width/coverage of the spray depending on your PSI and medium. It can work with highly thinned enamel paints although that means more work in terms of post-job cleaning and maintenance vs. using water-based/acrylic media. The three pre-set PSI levels take the guesswork out of what you're using although you can't fine-tune it, so that has to be done in the thinning stage instead. I tested it out with distilled water and a diatomaceous earth pad so I could clearly see the overspray patterns at various distances, pressures, and needle settings. With a little practice, it's not hard to master it and achieve good coverage results. For the price, it's a handy tool to add to the airbrushing arsenal and the battery will deliver on the 30-60 minutes of use depending on your pressure and duration. The only minor thing I found with it is that when you're not actively spraying, you do need to turn off the compressor as it will continue to feed air through the tip and drag some of the media, especially if it's highly thinned (distilled water in this case) while sitting idle even if the needle is tightened all the way down with the locking nut. That's due to the air having to go somewhere of course so the only place is out the tip as there's no other vent option when it's not spraying. The battery/compressor housing fits well in my hand and provides a comfortable support but it will start to get warm after about 10-15 minutes of continued use. I love the fact that it comes with two key-ring sets of cleaning tools (brushes and borers) to keep it maintained and the box is the perfect storage/travel size that can easily fit in a carry-on bag or suitcase if you need to take it on the go.
