I was beyond excited to stock up on this item because I absolutely LOVE the smell of lavender. My mistake was to miss out on reading the reviews. The smell is so potent. Really does smell like cheap cologne. It actually hurts my nose from how strong and bad the smell is. The good news is this product does cover the entire room. The sad part is that this specific scent is covering the entire room with a BAD scent. Sigh. Thank goodness for Amazon's excellent customer service which is making it super easy and convenient for me to return with UPS doing the pickup for me. Had the return be dependent on me going to drop it off somewhere I would be stuck with a bad purchase. Hoping the french lavender honey blossom is aa better option. ... show more

    • Scent and Longevity has changed.
Airwick has changed the scent of the scented oils. The old scent used to last between 2 and 3 weeks, depending on the time of the year. Now I am lucky if they last a week or 2. I use about 10 a month. I buy the 10 pack through Amazon because it more cost effective than anywhere else. I started using the lavender and chamomile last year when the COVID lockdown started. The scent was stronger and more pleasant and the scent kept me calmer. The new scent is ok, but not nearly as nice. I’ve also noticed that the liquid seems lighter or watered down. It’s very disappointing. I love the lavender-chamomile combination and have been experimenting to make it myself. I am stuck on the combination and it is true that it is relaxing. The packaging was great! Each vial of liquid scent was packaged well in individual holders and nothing was spilled, broken, or cracked. The smell is (in my opinion great). I get headaches easily from really strong smells and the lavender scent is one of the few I find doesn't give me a headache. When I come home it smells so clean and fresh. I guess people love this scent because it seems to be popular but NOPE, I’ll skip it next time. Horrid smell of fake essential oils...no idea how to describe it. It’s of like a plant, essential oil, and cough medicine got in a fight and then got this. Just...NO. It was a good deal though and they do last FOREVER which is why I can’t get rid of them fast enough. Ugh. Get this scent if you’re insane. Just sayin ... show more

    • you can smell it soon after plugging in.
likes-this product smells amazing. it comes in a large cardboard box. each refill lasts about 2-5 days and for big room I like to put 2 or 3 in them. they are very easy to detach and attach back on. I recommend this product. these do not break easily so don't worry about them falling during an earthquake or anything that may happen in your home. you can start to smell it after about 30 minutes of being plugged into a SMALLISH room. I like the smell and will continue to buy this product. dislikes-this product although smells good doesn't smell exactly like lavender. after a couple of days of use the top of the dispenser gets stained brownish. do not touch when the top of the dispenser when plugged in, sometimes it’s hot. ... show more

    • The new natural sent smells are terrible 🤮
The new natural oils are not the same smelling as the original. They smell terrible!!! They Smell stale or rancid, kind of like an old lady smell not that fresh warm sent the original ones have. The new natural sent’s are gross!!! I will never buy them again 🤮

    • Don't waste your money on these unless you enjoy disappointment
First of all, these smell absolutely nothing like lavender. I purchased this box because I regularly use AirWicke. I placed one bottle into a wall unit because I thought it smelled off, but hoped the scent would improve once plugged in. Nope. I couldn't even smell it on the low setting that use with AirWicke refills that I buy from the store. I even cranked it up to high, but I could barely smell a thing. Last night, I purchased the lavender refills that I always purchase from the grocery store. I left them in a bag on my counter overnight. This morning, my entire kitchen smells like the store bought refills that are simply sitting in a bag on my counter, yet I never could smell the Amazon purchased refills. Counterfeit??? ... show more

    • Poor longevity and scent compared to the store bought refills!
I’m not sure what’s changed in the past year but this used to be my favorite scent. As several other reviewers have mentioned, the longevity and overall scent is not as good as it used to be. It doesn’t smell bad, but my house doesn’t have that same fresh smell I used to get walking into the room. In addition, the refills don’t last nearly as long as I remember them lasting. Maybe I’ll have to give them one more shot with the store bought refills! Never had this issue until purchasing online with Amazon! If the store bought refills do not seem to have this issue I will report back with my findings. ... show more
