It maintains its air and super easy to use and roll up. The bag it comes with can actually hold the air mattress! We purchased the bed and due to no fault of our own, the bed had a blowout. We were not able to fix the leak with the provided patch. Following the package insert, we called customer support. They were very attentive and went through all of troubleshooting possibilities to try to remedy the issue. When the bed wasn't able to be fixed, Johnson at customer service issued a replacement bed at no charge. We received it within a week. In the meantime, we purchased another bed (full) and have loved it. I would highly recommend this brand of air mattress for their customer service along (and the bed is super comfy too!). ... show more

The mattress is well made with sturdy materials and a non-slip bottom to help keep it in place. Filling it is quick and easy, allowing you to choose your own level of comfort. Expect some relaxation/stretching as the mattress adapts to being filled, thereafter, only occasional extra fills may be needed. Keep in mind this is an air mattress and may feel slightly like you are lying on a bed of Jello as you move throughout the night! I sleep alone so I don't have the added movement of a sleep-partner. I do like to keep mine firmly filled to avoid the "sagging" sensation of a well-worn mattress. I am using it as my only bed for now and it is holding up well. You will need linens with extra deep pockets for a tidy bed. For now, I'm just using flat sheets to lay on the bed, and they stay in place fairly well. I may continue the practice since my agility isn't too great, and it is difficult to use the deep-pocket options. Since my room is relatively small, I would have liked to have a full-size mattress rather than the queen size, but I am managing. I consider it a good purchase for now and I hope it continues to serve well. ... show more

Our old air mattress started leaking and would often deflate almost halfway before the morning. Since my cousin's family was visiting, we needed an extra bed, so we decided to get another inflatable, which I didn't know at the time that there were quilted top inflatable mattresses! The built-in pump makes it easy to set up and put away. We inflated it the night before to make sure it wouldn't leak with some weight on it. It held up well, and the quilted top adds a nice layer of comfort. It also seems to keep the surface cooler. Deflating was just as easy once our guests left. Initially this air bed seemed great. It was really easy to unfold and the internal pump blew it up quickly; and it was made very heavy duty; but even so it was just hype. Found that this air mattress soon developed leaks in seam areas and around pump mechanism no different than the lesser expensive ones. Even though it did not go totally flat it lost enough air to make I difficult getting in and out; We found that we had to blow it up very night.
