Good comfortable air mattress. Inflated and deflated quickly - in about 3-4 minutes. It is not bouncy when shifting sleeping positions. I did add and used a twin size gel mattress topper which made the bed very comfortable.. Gave it four stars instead of five because I did have to top off the air a little after two nights sleep. Also, as a person with an arthritic knee, the 18 inch height helped in getting out of the bed, but it would have also helped to have a better non skid bottom to help prevent moving. I only used it for four nights, so I’m not sure about longevity. That said, I would buy it again. Timely delivery and good packaging. ... show more

This mattress was so inexpensive that I really thought I was going to get a very cheap and flimsy product, and I was very pleasantly surprised to find out that this was not true at all. This is a really nice mattress that inflates to a solid size that looks like an actual bed and it hasn't leaked at all unlike just about every other air mattress I've ever bought and it even has a built-in inflation pump that works very quickly. I have to say I was just really impressed with this and would buy it again in a heartbeat Ice stage houses and having a good air mattress that doesn't deflate all the time is really important. ... show more

Update: I was very happy with this mattress at first. But the 3rd time it was used, the mattress lost air in the middle of the night. We tried airing it up again, but it kept deflating. Couldn’t find where the air was coming out, so there was not a hole to try and fix. Very disappointed. Very nice air mattress. It airs up easily, deflates quickly and rolls up well. It even fits nicely in the bag. My guest said it was comfortable as well. ... show more

The five stars are more for the customer service I received. The 1st time we used it everything was great, very comfortable to sleep on. Couple of weeks later when it was used again it kept losing air and had to be refilled every 3 hours. I contacted the company and had to leave a message. I received a call back within an hour. Explained what was happening and without hesitation the company sent me out a new one all within a week!! I understand that sometimes things are made with defects, but how the company handles the situation is what makes it for me! ... show more
