I'm 74 years young. I installed these myself on my 2017 F250. Took my time and watched some youtube videos before ordering. Was pretty easy. But have good tools to work with. The hardest part was removing my 20" wheels, they are heavy. But when you remove the back wheels, its really easy to reach and see everything. Already pulled my rv trailer 7000 miles through the northeast. These did great! I also bought the airline splitter so I can air both up at once. I had bids as high as 2000 to install these.     • Best decision I have made for my truck.
After some over whelming research on my end.. I came to the conclusion, if you have a goodneck hitch, specifically a B & W gooseneck hitch or probably any aftermarket hitches you have to pay attention to where these are installed otherwise they install in the same locations as your hitches.. These were designed very well and the instruction to install these are everywhere making it easy to find videos if you have problems.. I did also buy the air lift on board compressor as well and both were very easy.. just be safe. I didn't use any fancy lifts just a jack and some jack stands for more safety. Took me about 45 minutes to do my install and about 45 minutes to install my compressor. I do highly recommend the compressor with these it makes things extremely easy for you and you get the right amount of psi. The compressor does kick on again if you seem to loose any pressure which is nice. These airbags made a big difference when I tow anything with weight. My truck used to feel like there was some flex in the neck of the trailer and would bounce alot. These made that stop. Which makes your towing capability seem much better without the little things you get with your stock suspension. ... show more

Honestly not to bad of an install. Included instructions where pretty easy to follow with good photos. Cheap air fittings but they work. Only real complaint is the supplied 1/4" air line. There is One line with a valve on either end that you cut as needed. It seems to be long enough for that reason. So you either run 2 lines with 2 valves, But if your like me and only want One valve for both bags then find a 1/4" tee somewhere else. ... show more

Just finished putting these in my 2017 F350 SRW truck. I bought them for stability when hauling my camper. Haven't tried it out on the road yet. But, I can say that the kit is very complete and fits well without modification. The install time is realistically more like 4 to 6 hours. It is not in the instructions, but I suggest taking the rear shocks loose where they bolt to the axle. You can then swing the shocks out of the way to give you more room for putting in the airbag. Also, it is helpful to remove the rear wheels. Much of the work can be done through the wheel wells rather than underneath the truck ... show more

Over all pretty easy to install Air Lift was great to talk to and their discription of install made life easy! With 40psi Hauling a 12,000 lb travel trailer leveled everything up for my 2018 F250 also stopped the sway during windy times.

This is only a first impression, as I haven't put a load on them yet. I installed these yesterday. The installation was very simple, and the directions were easy to follow. If you have a basic set of tools, and any kind of confidence with them, you'll be good to go. These are my first air bags. I've had several sets of Helwig helper springs. These are easier to install in my opinion, easy to adjust, and do not impact the unloaded ride. So far, I am very impressed. I look forward to putting a load on them. I will update my review after I put them to a real test. ... show more
