Extremely cheap and difficult to put together. Slats dont hold in the posts and the whole thing falls apart.

Per HOA regulations I purchased this fence to hide my trash cans. It was relatively easy to put together but you may need two sets of hands. It’s big! Looks nice. There were two slats that were broken and cut me. They give you gloves. Don’t be me! Wear them! Contacted Amazon and they recommended sending it back for a refund but by the time we reached the broken slats it was almost together. I wasn’t going to pull it apart. Keep your box in tact and sort parts to make sure everything is there and not broken before you put the fence together. Sent an email to the address listed in the directions asking for 2 replacement slats. They are sending the parts to make the repair. When they say dig a hole, dig that hole! It works best that way. We live in a very windy area and so far, it’s still standing and hides the trash cans nicely. We may go back and add concrete or foam if it gets loose on us.

This looks good when assembled and seems to be strong enough to handle the elements (only time will tell if it can hold up to strong winds). The assembly instructions that came with it were not very clear, however. It is much easier to put the ground stakes in the side pieces first. We had one ground stake that was very tight to get in the side piece and had to be hammered in, which of course ruined the point on it that went in the ground. The top rail is difficult to put on, as well because all the vertical pieces have to line up perfectly to allow the top to be put in place otherwise something will break. A metal product may be our next purchase.

This is both beautiful and functional, perfect for hiding my air conditioner while remaining breathable during hot California summers. It seems durable, and my handyman set it up in 3 hours due to some concrete around the base. I wish it had caps on the top but I will add myself.
