The desk frame itself seems to be very sturdy and functions well. The height adjustment range is wider than most offerings due to using a 3-tier leg system versus the more common 2-tier, covering 25.2" to 50.8". The electric motors are reasonably quiet in operation, and height changes are smooth and quick. Assembly also went well. All the pieces fit together nicely, with predrilled holes in the correct locations and nicely threaded, and required hardware was included. The desk frame is on the heavy side (75 lbs), so there is a certain amount of physical effort involved in putting things together, but all in all, the process was not difficult. Finally, kudos to AIMEZO for their customer service. My order encountered shipping difficulties. When the package did not arrive by the expected date, I sent a message through Amazon to the supplier. A response arrived the next day, saying that the desk had been shipped, but UPS had never updated the tracking number, and that they would follow up with UPS. The day after, AIMEZO sent another note saying that UPS had lost the package, and asked if it would be OK if they were to send another desk frame, since it would take a long time to find the previous one, if ever. I responded that this would be fine and received confirmation almost immediately that another unit was being sent. The desk frame arrived after 2-3 days. ... show more

The product was packaged well, I had no issues setting it up or testing. The controller does have to be in a level position for it to operate which may be a safety feature. It's very sturdy and operates smoothly and is fairly quiet. The test of time will take time but so far, so good!

I will start off with saying thank you for an amazing experience, and using this having a massive desk for all my crap is the best . There's a lot of study standing desk's out there running like 600+ , and there's a crap ton of regular desks going anywhere like 100 to over 1000. I got this i believe on a sale , and purchased a big ol' thick butcher block from a nearby store, and holy cow did the combo come out perfect. Now when the desk is at something like 40 it wobbles a little bit, which dosen't really worry me much at all , and under that it seems to hardly wobble much at all. Installation was stupidly easy , ass its not in 1000 parts like most things are nowadays. It's incredibly solid and sturdy for most of the height i use it at. The one i got came with a control for up and down of course, and 2 memory settings. Which considering I am using it either 1. Sitting or 2. Standing fits perfectly and I for damn sure dont need 5 settings like some others have. I've noticed zero jerkiness to the start or stop of the legs going up or down. Seriously, how in the hell is this such a damn perfect product ? Again, I wanna thank whomever had even a remote part in this things creation and selling. It's been an absolute pleasure and should this thing ever break however many years down the road, you've earned a repeat costumer. ... show more

I was super excited about this product because I had seen all the good reviews and the YouTube reviews which were great. First of all the installation is really easy the pieces are very heavy especially the legs with the motors on them so you have to be careful. I followed all the instructions and screwed it on my wood table, turned it over and went to turn it on and only one leg works!! I checked YouTube and they told me to reboot it by pressing both buttons it would beep, then to disconnect everything wait a couple of minutes connected again I did that several times and nothing. Also one of the cables is broken on the leg that goes up but not down!! This was a gift for my husband and we're very disappointed. I called Amazon and they are very helpful they were going to contact the seller for me. Let's see what happens! I really wanted to like this table. ... show more

I had a giant desktop lying around and I wanted to throw some legs on it to make it a standing desk, so I went with this set. The box you'll receive is quite heavy - the legs are sturdy metal, so that's to be expected. The instructions are written like they were shoved through 1980s Chinese-to-English translation software, so be prepared to stare sideways at them until you figure out what they're telling you to do. Assembly took longer than I expected - I'm used to putting together IKEA-type furniture, but I made a few wrong turns and had to backtrack once or twice. (I skipped the step where you add the mid-desk power supply and bracket, which was a pain to rectify.) Be sure to double- and triple-check where you want to affix the control panel before you get started, since that informs some of the other placements. Once the legs were attached to the desktop, I did run into the ever-common error that others have noted on the control panel. After a factory reset, everything worked smoothly. I like that it has 3 height presets. I do wish it had a child lock of some kind. I also wish this desk had a smarter way to hide the plug for the motor - you can ziptie it to the leg or maybe affix a power strip to the bottom of your desk, but you're still left with a dangling power cord in the mix. It would be great if there was a hidden cord within one of the legs. My current setup now has more dangling cables than I'd like. If I had it to do over again, I'd recommend plotting out some under-desk space for a power strip or two, then affixing the strip to the desktop. It may depend on how many things you're plugging in, but I had a ton of things that need power, so there's a waterfall of cables. Your ultimate satisfaction with this piece may be the result of which desktop you choose. The lack of drawers is an automatic drawback to this setup. But that's not the fault of the legs. These legs work as advertised, and they are sturdy enough. I don't know how long they'll last, but they're doing the job just fine on day one. ... show more
