I really like this controller, which is why I hate that the paddles are made of such a flimsy material. Good stick responsiveness, controller is fully featured, button remapping works great. The controller was a great companion for Demon's Souls, Mortal Shell, Elden Ring, and competitive FPS games. That is, until one of the back paddles snapped off. The remaining part of the paddle still works, but forces your hands into an awkward position during play. The only, ONLY thing I would improve about this controller would be the paddles. If I could suggest an improvement, it would be either A) make the plastic paddles replacable and sell replacement sets, or B) use a sturdier material like aluminum that won't snap during normal use. In either case, as a consumer, I'd eat the extra cost if it meant I wouldn't have to replace the entire controller to get the paddle back ... show more

I just purchased my controller around mid september, controller works great, but my mic will no longer work in the 3.5 mm jack, i get audio through my headset(tried more than one to make sure it was not the headset),also checked every setting(very familar with playstation) anyone know any fixes or how i could get a repair/refund? ... show more

So i got this controller last week. Great quality, feels great in hand. But i don’t understand how a controller that brand new can already obtain stick drift. It had not even been a full hour of using the controller but the right joystick was already drifting. I messed w my deadzone settings, everything, but it still drifts. Which is extremely disappointing as it is brand new. And i was told these controllers don’t drift. But hey i guess ill just always have to play with stick drift until I switch to keyboard. ... show more

Issue is cheaply made. Plastic paddles and $220 not worth the cost. Remote is $70 bucks. I’m paying extra 150 for what exactly? 4 pieces of plastic? Has anyone successfully used the same remote for over 1 year? Also a concern is the drifting? Sony Jan remote looks not as cheaply made and has Sony warranty. Unless this remote drops to $150 I can’t justify the spend on the quality. ... show more

The controller came exactly as-advertised and looks identical to the product photos. The paddles on the back have been a huge help with my K:D in Call of Duty and Apex since I have hand problems and the Smart Triggers are HUGE in reducing my reaction time!

Controller is amazing, paddles placement is perfect and comes with long charging cable. Also comes with a lifetime warranty. What more can you ask for? Looks awesome too. Everyone loves the graphic.
