Needed a phone that's tough and good for outdoor activities. Came upon this one when searching online. I wanted something with an old fashion physical keyboard so I can use it when my hands are all dirty or the gloves are on, and could survive hush conditions (dust and water proof and fall resistant, etc). Shipping was fast. Holding in hand, the build feels solid and the grip's good. It works with my AT&T sim card with no problems. First thing noticed, it's loud. It has a super big speaker mounted on the back, good for noisy places or using it as a wireless speaker. It supports 4g, wifi and has some useful apps pre installed. It has a small touch screen. But I found using the keyboard is faster and more convenient once you get used to it. It has a 2500mah battery and should last for decent amount of time per charge. The 'Product dimensions' are given as 4.5 x 2 x 0.35''. Actual phone measures 5.5 x 2.4 x 1''. That is more than 4 times the stated cubic volume. It should've been roughly the size of a standard 'bar' phone, and svelt. Instead, this thing is a brick. I never even charged it up.

AGM answered a question I had about this phone quickly, not dissimilar to how It arrived at my house in no slow manner. First impressions are HUGE for me when making purchases and they have not disappointed thus far. The review title is correct, as I am currently on a trip for the week without the aformentioned product. I would have emailed AGM about this, but they don't have a email address listed and I despise my current phone when it comes to making calls for technical reasons. Rest assured, this guest will offer his consumer feedback in a manner not dissimilar to how my question was answered and as soon as I return home. just got this phone for around the house, no care phone. tello works pretty good on it thought of trying h20 which is att net work, works better than tello also us mobile gsm works too. just a nice simple phone i don't care about the screen or camera if you want all that look else where, just a simple phone security out of date last upgrage 2019 so i wouldn't store any thing on it, i don't even store contacts on it. i disable chrome, contacts and uninstalled face book and others, i wouldn't recommend keeping personal info on this. just use it is a phone and it well be good, voice clear, ring load of lite, hope this help. ... show more

Brought for my mother who is 81 years old and never feels comfortable with latest smart phones . Had tried a number of alternatives , this one seems satisfy what she needs . Big buttons . Speaker is loud , too loud for me :) 2500mAh Battery , largest capacity battery I could find for phones in this category . A few surprises , the flashlight is bright . Much better than the flashlight on regular smart phones. It does have a camera too, don't expect too much from that. :) Just got it today , she tried and so far loves it ... show more

The very poor, almost non existent customer service. I bought this phone as a simple solution to my being half deaf. The phone is loud! That I liked. But, the user manual if very limited. AGM needs to put out an on-line manual that gives more details on how to configure this phone. It is a feature / android hybrid phone. Some functions require you to utilize the push buttons and the touchscreen in conjunction with one another. Other than that, the phone was OK. My problem was with the customer service. I emailed AGM a number of times concerning specific issues with configuration of the phone. Very slow and minimal response. I requested a rep. to CALL me on the phone at least 3 times, each time more insistent than the last. I am still waiting for a phone call that is not going to come! Well, guess what. Screw that. I have sent the phones back to the vendor and I will be burning them on every review panel I can find. The blatant lack of customer service these days is appalling and pisses alot of consumers off!
