Features

  • THE ORIGINAL: Take a trip down memory lane with this wonderful edition of the fun family-favorite, the Aggravation Game!
  • THE PLAY: Opponents race around the board from base to home, disrupting each others marbles in the quest to be first. A shortcut might be helpful, but be careful! It just might set you back instead.
  • HOW TO WIN: All you have to do is get all 4 of your marbles Home first! Roll the die, move your marbles onto the gameboard, race, jump, send opponents back to their Base - and you will win!
  • BE A PEST: It's so much fun to land on your opponents and send them back to their Base. Sometimes it's more fun to aggravate other players in this game than it is to win. Haha!
  • QUALITY: This wonderful set includes a very thick gameboard with perfectly cut holes so you won't "lose your marbles!"
  • Includes heavy duty gameboard with original artwork
  • Includes 30 plastic marbles
  • Also contains one die and full instructions

  • Nostalgia!
Style: Aggravation
This game is very fun and for me, nostalgic. My family used to gather around my grandmother's kitchen table and play against aunts, uncles, and cousins. There was lots of laughter and friendly competition. Kids will like this game as well (I know we did) but be mindful of small parts that could be choking hazards for young kids. How to play: You can have up to six players, and the goal is to circle the board and get all your pieces (marbles) back to your base. The first player to do so wins the game. It's not easy! A roll of the dice could mean an opponent lands on your spot and sends you back to the start! The more people you have playing, the more 'aggravating' the game is, and that's what makes it so much fun. Why did I buy this? The original board game we used at my grandmother's no longer exists, at least not in my immediate family. I had actually forgotten about this game, until I was cleaning up some old boxes of stuff I had that came from my parents old house, and I opened a tin to find a mix of random things.. but one of which was a marble from this game. I thought for sure I'd find it online, and I did! So I got it for my parents for Christmas. They were so excited when they opened it. It was like we went back in time opening that box. The board and marbles look the same, and it's just as fun as we remember. My dad isn't much of a game player, but he loves this game! It's been a while since we had laughed that hard together. I'm glad I found this game to bring those good memories back again. ... show more

  • Just like I remember
Style: Aggravation
We have family game night every Wednesday night and I wanted something that was simple and easy to learn for all age groups, and this is definitely a good game to pass the time and for all ages. Everything was in the box, super easy to set up and play. I felt it was a good price and would recommend this to anyone looking for a game like this. ... show more

  • Fun game. It takes about an hour, for 6 people to play.
Style: Aggravation
My husband wanted to get this,to play with his mom& siblings. It’s a fun game, but, it is ..aggravating! It’s kind of like the game”Sorry”. You better be ready to send other players, back to the starting point(which isn’t very pleasant). It is fun, but, you have to be able to turn on each other!

  • Simple, fun board game!
Style: Aggravation
This is about as basic a board game as it gets, but it does provide a good amount of fun for the family, and it can be played by up to 6 people, which is also nice! I never played Aggravation as a kid, but my wife and I played this with our kids for the first time the other night and we all had a good time. The premise of the game is pretty simple...get your marbles from your base all the way around the board and back to your home. First to get all four marbles back home wins! The Aggravation name comes from the rule that some moves can only be done on exact rolls (exiting the base, entering the home, exiting the center of the board, etc.) and also that direct count landing on another player send them all the way back to the start! The inclusion of the shortcuts in the middle of the board help to ease the "Aggravation" quite a bit, which is probably helpful in preventing people from filpping over the board in a rage after playing for over an hour with no winner. My only complaint about this particular game is that the setup of the marbles and the game board isn't conducive to playing on a hard surface. Since the board is thin, the marbles are essentially sitting on the table even when in the slots on the game board. This means bumping the board or nudging another players marble when moving your own can have marbles coming loose pretty easily. A slightly different design could've eliminate this annoyance. Other than my one gripe, this is a pretty great, simple, and fun game for the whole family! ... show more
