The bed is beautiful and quite sturdy. The pieces are quite heavy though and it did take two of us to hold parts in place to assemble them due to the weight and size. Guest who stayed thought the mattress was comfy, but suggested and egg shell top if someone wants a softer bed. If you have a high pile carpet the bottom drawer may not open and close easily, but we were able to add some felt under the feet to add a bit of height so the drawer would slide out easier. ... show more

Looks nice, but package arrived with separate and two broken parts. The shipping was fast and it came in 4 large boxes. The 4th box got delivered 1 day later than the first 3. I've emailed with part details. I'm giving 3 starts for right now, but i am awaiting update and i will update this review. Wish the order came with the option to hire someone for assembly that would have a lot of time. ... show more

The cabinet came in 4 boxes. Assembly was east though it will take two people. It seems very well built. The only reason it's not getting 5 stars is becuase of the extremely strong chemical odor not only packaging had but the peice itself. I will be giving it a baking soda scrub and setting out vinegar to try to remove the smell faster. Overall I think this is going to be a really nice addition and make my guest more comfortable then the old air mattress. ... show more

When the bed arrived, two of the main pieces were damaged in shipping. I called the company on Friday. They returned my call on Monday morning and are replacing the two damaged pieces.
