Please put tape around the relaxer container. The seal broke and product spilled out during transport. I understand that packages get tossed around during transport. Otherwise the relaxer worked well when I used it last night. Thank you.

    • BURNS MY SCALP REALLY BAD
I have been using this product for about 15+yrs and i never had to base my scalp in the past but this relaxer burns and leave hard burns on my head, I had to check and look to see if it was a super relaxer which it is not, it is mild so why is it burning me like this? Did the formula changed?

I purchased this product on 6/25/12 and received it 6/29/12. The merchant was very quick and efficient getting it out to me especially considering it was the last one they had in stock at the time of my order. The relaxer came sealed and wrapped so that I would be ensured that it was safely handled and ready for use. This is an awesome buy and definitely saves me a ton of money from going to the shop. I've used this product before and my hair lays wonderfully. Its really a shame its not in the stores however any customer who purchases this needs to be very well versed in how to handle relaxers and READ THE INSTRUCTIONS on how to use this product inclusive of the necessary accessory products.     • Great relaxer, fast shipping but slow refund
I had to purchase this relaxer because Affirm works great on my hair and my Beautician uses Silk Elements (doesn't work for me, dries my scalp out, thinning and breakage) on all her clients. Shipping was fast but I had to immediately return the relaxer because my Beautician advised me to purchase the small single-use tubs. Since I am the only client she has using the relaxer the large tub will expire before I can use the entire tub. I returned the product but I had to contact the seller about my refund because they didn't notify me upon receipt. Good product for Beauticians that have a significant number of clients.
